Accessibility problem in the app. There is a problem in the Amazon app related to the screen reader VoiceOver for iPhone: After entering a name in the page for creating a new account VoiceOver reads out "Image" in the top of the screen but gives no information about what is on the image. It is therefore not possible to know what the image is about through VoiceOver. This problem can make the app less accessible for persons who operates it via VoiceOver due to a visual impairment, or for other reasons. I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.

Amazon. Vi har betalt och allting men vi har inte får någon sms när den kommer eller vart den kommer till och vi har väntat i en månad. Vi är ganska besvikna

Login is crap. Discovered that I have 2FA enabled on my account. Pray that you have your old phone handy since you will need it to approve login. I didn’t. Doesn’t give you any alternative to use text messaging or email. They may not be bleeding edge but it works all the time.

Pris feil. Den oppdaterer ikke usd til nok så det ser enten mye høyere eller lavere men for meg så var det høyere fordi jeg gikk inn på Amazon hjemmeside og la til alt i kurven min og så søkte jeg opp hvor mye usd summen var i nok og det sto 4800kr men på denne appen stod det 5100kr😒

Sendte varer. Jeg har bestilt varer fra Norton, har fått beskjed om at varene er forsøkt levert i dag kl 1130, men at de har mislyktes. De sierjeg kan hente varene, men ikke hvor. Hva slags kundeservice er dette?

Dissapointment.. I am extremely upset with Amazon and they cant be trusted with anything. The reason for my anger is because someone in the company decided to leak an album’s release date, the name of the album and the names of the songs on the album. I know this has been extremely upseting for thousands of people and the artist of the album Louis Tomlinson who have worked really hard on writing and choosing the right songs for the album, he has also been very exited for the album’s release and wanted to keep the name of the album and the name of the songs a secret. Louis havent even released the date and the fact that Amazon just leaked everything is heart breaking.

Audio. Hi I’ve loved having audio to listen to, but all of a sudden one has to be a member and pay something unreal, first to join this membership, then a price for the audio!! Which I think is unrealistic. I have a illness called MSA-p. Which stands for Multiple System Atrophy Parkinsonism . That’s why I love audio, so I don’t have to hold the kindle, but I have purchased a “book holder” . To be able to relax and listen is awesome. Now all of a sudden they’ve stopped allowing me that pleasure Please tell me if I must really purchase the membership! Thank you

I like it but it has a lot of bugs. I can’t log in to my account on the app and I can’t access my saved for later list

locked out. amazon locked me out of my account for no reason and the only way to contact them is through a phone number abroad my country which is really expensive to call. the app is lousy and only a few good improvements have been made during the years i've had an account. never using again

Incomprehensible design regression. The Amazon app has had an excellent interface for several years, and because of how its recomendations were presented (and how you could fix them) I've probably spent thousands of punds on books and films over the same period. The new layout has reduced features, and follows an annoying trend in creating interfaces for mobile - reducing overview for simplicity. Sure, the screen can become too crowdy, but there comes a point where simplicity simply means you feel lost. This new design will mean that I'll spend less time on the app just flicking through recommendations, which will mean fewer impulse buys. Good for me, bad for Amazon.

No English. Amazon program in Italy not supported English language why? Very disappointed I can’t even to confirm my personality.😩😒😡🤬

Not from Norway. loL I changed my App Store region to Norway so I can gat another app and all these people be like nothing ships to Norway. RIP I live in the UK

Fantastic!. A great app to use! And I loved the feature were you could cancel your order if you ordered a thing wrongfully. And the app is very user friendly.

Capable. As far as my experience with this app goes, it looks to be a capable complement to the website.

Ting blir Borte!!. Dårlig nettside! Jeg lå fine ting i kurven min og dagen senere eller noen timer senere så ble mange av tingene bare borte fra kurven og så prøvde jeg å søke om masse ting for å finne den igjen men så var den borte så jeg kunne ikke få den tingen igjen det var veldig trist og veldig dumt nettsiden er også ikke helt sikker den skipper ikke så bra til Norge de som bor i Norge bør ikke kjøpe deg fra Jaden derfor en stjerne jeg skulle ønske at jeg kunne gi null men det går ikke ikke last denne her appen ned

Is not good for people outside of the USA.. They don't converte then currency to the local currency until your about to get charged, so I have to check manually what the usd is in Norwegian kr and way to many products can't be shipped to where I live. Why would I want to view 500 products that I can't get? Way to much does not make sense.

Bugs. It keeps bringing me back to the same start-page when I try to go into settings, track shipments and so on. It happens so often that the app is close to useless for me.

Do not order from Amazon. I do not recommend ordering from Amazon they literally I ordered a bag to Norway and it sent to Oslo and they said I’ll just go and pick it up and now we literally have to pay extra just for it to be sent to where we literally pressed it to send Amazon it’s like the same thing as ordering from a person at the street it’s literally the same thing I was just someone come to do you wanna bye-bye فاطمةN it’s a creepy way so I would literally not recommend ordering from Amazon ever in your life would not recommend this app app app and I will just delete it if I were you literal do not trust it I know it’s a random strangers can literally just paid to be on Amazon so you can literally buy from people that are not even supposed to be allowed

Shipping. I love amazon, its great. But however a lot of things do not ship to Norway and i had to pay 100 nok more in shipping because one item sipped later than the others

Uppload pictures. Når jeg trykker på kamera appen kommer jeg rett inn til kamera liksom men jeg vil heller kunne laste opp egene bilder fra kamera rullen min. Jeg vet at det går an i for eksempel USA.

I Trust amazon. I can trust your Online system, I trust on your Service, I trust your Delivery system. I feel amazon puts customer satisfaction above other business interests. Amazon hearted items. When I go into the amazon app and I want to see my hearted items, I can’t find them I’ve tried everything I’ve searched on YouTube the internet EVERYTHING and still nothing

Defect. Does not open

I love amazon but it’s so buggy. Amazon is a great place to buy stuff when it works properly but lately it’s been so buggy. It refuses to change currency no matter how many times I try to change it, the settings button often doesn’t work and I have to close and open the app many times before it lets me order stuff please fix this.

Going crazy with log-in. I log in with email and password and yet I am asked for confirmation that is sent on my mobile before I can enter my account. Problem is I have changed my number and I can only contact customer service on the phone which is very inconvenient and potentially expensive! I can’t shop with you although I want some items badly!

Amazon app is neatly crafted to meet our needs. In my experience Amazon really cares its customers, please keep it up. App is also easy to use, although I find some small bugs here and there but not sure where to raise it, but it does not impact the main flows. I appreciate again Amazon for customer oriented services and app developers making this app.

Hvem sendet varen(e) hvor?. Det er veldig slitsomt når du leiter etter en vare lenge for så å finne ut når du kommer til "check-out" at varen IKKE sendes til Norge. Inntil da 3/5.
