Didnt receieve refund.. 100% do not purchase anything from this app. Paid 30€ for a delivery, called the restaurant after waiting for 1hr, havent even recieved the order. Got a message saying the order got cancelled, so I send in a complaint to the Takeaway custommer service, and they tell me they cant refund me.... Horrible custommer service, will never order from again, and highly recommend that you dont do that mistake too. Just awfull, a true scam coming from money greedy people.
Dont download, dont order through this app. Worst customer service ever!!!!. Worst food delivery app ever in Belgium. Save yourself from stress as this app does not deliver the most basic services that are required from a specific food app. The customer service is not responsive. I have been sending them emails regarding a complaint of my order being tagged as "DELIVERED" in the system and the order has not been delivered at all. I went to the restaurant the next morning and said that they did not even receive my order which was a bit odd. So I have reached out to them through customer service in email but voila after 3 emails follows up, they never even looked into it and sent me a response/feedback. REALLY THE WORST, I could not even describe. I wouldn't even have started giving them at least 1 star. The phone number did not even work when I tried ringing. This is really frustrating so please save yourself from making the same mistake as I did. I could not even imagine that they are listed on a stock exchange. Like whatt?
