Svindelforsøk. Jeg lastet ned apper fra Bolt men slettet dem ganske fort da de ikke var nyttige i det området jeg bor i. Etter dette har det blitt trukket små beløp over tid som jeg ikke merket. Og i dag ble det trukket beløp på over 700 kr fire ganger etter hverandre fra kontoen min. Banken min tok kontakt med meg, og både bankid og bankkort ble sperret. BankID var også blitt misbrukt andre steder.
HORRIBLE APP. Use Uber or Wolt instead. You will have a way better time. Bolts customer service is filled with braindead monkeys working min wage and doesnt care

Mc Donalds order. We orderd the big bundle from Mac Donald’s with bolt! And a extra Mc chicken , we received 2 packages of nuggets and soda and one wrap we didn’t order. We payed We where supposed to get 2 Big Mac One double cheese One cheese 3 soda 20 nugget’s 3 Apple pie And one mac chicken We payed 30,59 euro for 20 nuggets, soda and a wrap we didn’t order ! This is scam!
Ужасная доставка. Сделали заказ, который должен был приехать за 40 минут. Наступило время для получения заказа, курьер все еще не найден. Написали в поддержку и тогда нашелся курьер, который вез еду целый час, по пути остановился и прекратил движение. Написали опять в поддержку, через минуту «Заказ доставлен». В итоге еда приехала холодная, бесформенная. Никогда больше в жизни я не буду пользоваться этой доставкой!
Ødela kvelden. Budet plukker ikke opp maten, står bare stille. Gått en time siden maten var klar ifølge appen. Budet svarer ikke på telefon. Bolt support svarer ikke på chat.
Steel Your Bank card data. Вчера 3 раза сняли деньги с карты хотя я ничего не заказывал. Интервалом в час, 25 EUR, 46 EUR, 146 EUR, заблокировал карту, написал им, вернут только 146, про остальные деньги ни слова. Причём все заказы с одним номером. Их приложение небыло даже установлено на мой телефон, только такси.
Delivery man knocked me and my baby in the trolley down and acted as it was our fault. We are currently in Lviv and the man on a bike was driving on sidewalk and knocked me down with my baby in the trolley (she (baby) was sleeping in it). Then he started to push me with his bike and scream that he must drive and we have to move away to give him road. And I should mention that the sidewalk is thin and the other way was occupied with some kind of scene. He screamed at us hitted my mom (grandma) with a wheal of the bike on leg. When we said that we will call to police because of bullying of us he pushed hard me away and went away himself. It was near pr. Dorishenka and Svody. The man was on a bike, skinny with beard and glasses, middle aged.
Такси Варшава. Сделала заказ в аэропорт Варшавы, была на тот момент на костылях. Таксист приехал непонятно куда и сказал что мне нужно идти ещё 5 минут пешком. Когда я сказала что я не могу ходить он просто отменил заказ и уехал, теперь негативный баланс на счету который требуют оплатить, за не предоставленную мне услугу. Самый ужасный сервис который может только быть.
Horrid. Waited 3 hours for my order to be cancelled twice. The customer service promised prompt action to insure my food would get delivered. Foolish as i am, i believed them and waited for hours. As i am now writing, all the restaurant are closed and I will be starving on my flight tomorrow morning.
Horrible. Was charged for something that never came to my door, had to go down to the store, paid twice for something that’s not even my fault, and costumer service said I’m not allowed a refund of 20.00€, FOR FOOD I NEVER GOT!!! How is it my fault u don’t know what type of people you’re hiring. Horrible, don’t recommend, never again.
Tragedia. Nie wiem od czego zacząć a na czyn skończyć ! Wszystko co mogło pójść nie tak poszło! Słuchajcie ! Raz wogole nue dostarczono mi zamówienia, każda forma kontaktu to fiasko! Drugi raz przyjechał chłopak który był nie to ze był nue miły był wulgarny i butny! Kontakt oczywiście zero jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialnosci. Pyszne.pl polecam na 100% bolt Food naprawdę sobie darujcie!!
