Crashing. Please fix the crashing problem that has come with the latest update. Never had a single problem with the app in 6 years. Now I have to delete and reinstall the app multiple times a day. Very frustrating.

New version keeps crashing. I used to love my kindle app, but the latest version keeps crashing on my iPhone😤even though everything is updated and there is more than enough room!

Norwegian dictionary.. Norsk ordbok. Norwegian dictionary. That is what I need. Great app!

Always hangups. I love to read on Kindle, but if have some complaints: * every few weeks I have to delete and download the app again, because it gets a hang up. This time it’s just 2 weeks in between /freezes * Some books are unreadable on phones, text is too small. If you sell as Kindle, make sure the format is Kindle compatible * presettings are annoying: I don’t want others marks, but would prefer the clock. Have to fix it with every download

Missing appleTV support. Come on, you are a big company, you can do this!

Buggy. My kindle app consistently gets stuck on the book’s front cover and I have to restart my phone before the app will let me read. Really annoying. Also, I’ve waited at least ten years for Amazon to let us sort our ebooks into collections. I’m astounded such a key app gets such lazy attention.

Oppdate 6.64. My Kindle app for IPhone have been working perfect inntil the 6.64 update. Now it will not stay open longer than a few seconds. Hopefully the next update will fix this.

Pretty good. Love the app, but really wish it had a ‘paper’ function like the Kindle, so it didnt strain your eyes so much

Good app. Good app but I'm missing few key features: being able to add/use fonts from system, on kindle device I can upload additional fonts. One feature that I love in comparison to Kindle is reading ruler, however it's clunky and cumbersome today since you can't move it it with keybaord or scroll, just drag it with is very uncomfortable.

Kindle. I thoroughly enjoy my kindle and never go a day without reading. I have so many books that I am re-reading some of my favorites. Problem is, my books are all special to me and everyone is a favorite. Thank you Kindle.

I miss some things. It is a very good way of reading books. I miss that if I’ve read a preview, the book doesn’t go to where I’d read in the preview when I buy the book, like it does on my Kindle. It should be possible to vary the background more. Also, a lot of really bad books have a 5 star rating on Amazon, so I end up reading bad books. It should be external evaluation on the Amazon in addition to the reader’s. But overall, a very good app!

ITs a supplement. Hardback books are better / but e-books are a supplement to real paper books. The latter makes comprehension and brain enhancement more achievable.

kindle classic. kindle classic was much easie to organize into collections with sidepanel

Don’t work anymore. Usually it works perfectly, but after the last update it closes after a few seconds.

This book is everything ❤️. I love this book!! Varsom and Milly will make you swoon, laugh, cry, hurt and swoon some more. Most of all, you’ll forget they’re not real. You need this book 🤩🥰

Download issue. There’s a issue with downloading books. I just got two books, and they don’t show up on my kindle app. I have two phones, a old one I use at work, and a newer one. And the amount of books available in my library differs. Around 40 missing on the new phone. But none have the new books available.

not happy about the change. so much more difficult now when buying books on amazon not being able to download right to my kindle app , i only buy 1/4 of the books I used to buy and I bought one every week

Algoritmene har ødelagt Amazon. Amazon gir meg mer av det jeg ikke vil ha. Algoritmene pusher på med det jeg kaller dårlige bøker. Videre kommer det stadig forslag på bøker som ikke kan leveres. Vurderer å kutte ut Amazon.

👍. Great app, makes it easier to get into reading because you can just read when you feel like reading. The app has a lot of books, but from my experience it is hard to find other than english versions. In my opinion that’s fine, but for people struggling to read in english, this app might not be it. I have so far only struggled to find 2 out of over 30 books I have wanted to read. Overall I would definitely recommend if you like reading (especially in english).

I don’t buy Paper books anymore. And I read everywhere. Also on iPad and iPhone.

Almost perfect. Could be easier to open free ebooks on mobile, otherwise good.

Just okey. I prefer to read on my kindle, but it’s nice to have it, just in case. The thing that irritates me is that I can’t se my reading achievements in the app. Why?

The perfect app everyone don’t know they actually need. This app works perfectly with iPad! I love it. You save TONS of money by buying books om Amazon. Books are almost always on sale here. Don’t worry about missing the aesthetics of reading paper. You can change the font and size of the text and the background! I chose a beige background, and it really gives a nice feel to it. It also works for those evening reading sessions. - Ari

Unstable. Unresponsive after opening a book. Force quit does not help.

Savner låsing av leseretning. Jeg savner å kunne låse appen i stående eller liggende retning. Lesing på senga foregår ikke alltid liggende på ryggen eller sittende, og lesing liggende på siden medfører at en må låse retningen på iPaden generelt for at ikke appen skal rotere.

Crashes. Latest update broke the app. It just crashes now

Room for improvement. It would be helpful to have MacOS shortcuts for navigating between two sections of the book instead of manually moving the mouse to the bottom left corner and then adjusting the cursor position. This feature would enhance my reading experience when studying academic literature, allowing me to easily switch between the main text and the references.

Latest update broke it. Updated kindle just now and it doesn’t work anymore. Just keep shutting down after about 5 seconds. Thanx a lot

Slow and missing zoom. The app is so slow, scrolling is janky, and the ability to change page layout and zoom is missing.

Use it every day. I use Kindle every day and it is an easy and good way to read books. Perfect for when I travel and when I am on the go. I am very happy with this app, but I hope they will give us a new update soon since the last update keeps crashing the Kindle app on the my Ipad. I will not take away points for this since this is not a common problem for me.

Wish. Kindle is great, but it would be greater if one could also use it to lend e-books from libraries.

Kjekt lesebrett med enkelt brukergrensesnitt. Kindle er udiskutabelt et kjekt lesebrett. App-en er kjekk og synkronisert med mitt fysiske Kindle-lesebrett: Ser hvor langt jeg er kommet, understrekninger, bokmerker etc. synker. Skulle gjerne kunne ha kjøpt fra appen, men det er enkelt på Amazon.com. Har også andre ønske om mer avanserte funksjoner, men det er vel egentlig ikke konseptet.

BFF 📘❤️. My Kindle follows me everywhere. If I don’t bring my Kindle-Kindle 🙄 I use the Kindle app on my iPhone. I never thought that I would be one of those geeks reading digitalised books, even denying the oldfashioned paper versions. Definitely, there is no way back!

All fit. According to your device it automatically formats the font size and screen size for comfortable reading. This is so cool on Kindle. I wish I had one of those digital screens to read but now I am using my iPhone, retina screen I guess

System based light / dark mode???. Good app for reading, but why does the iOS and macOS versions not respect the system based light and dark mode, but rather has a toggle under settings to switch between the modes? Please support system light / dark mode.

Re latest Update. Bookmarks does not work anymore . It constantly opens the book on the First bookmark made

Meget bra leseapp. Veldig bra leseapp! Bøker kjøpt gjennom Ark kan lastes ned og leses i Kindle. Dette er en bra løsning. Funksjonen som beregner antall leseminutter igjen i ett kapittel ser imidlertid ikke ut til å fungere for bøker fra Ark systemet. Får en orden på dette også, gir jeg Kindle appen 5 stjerner😊 Øyvind

Good app. I read all my books and documents via Kindle. It is more convenient than a paper copy. It is too sensitive to my thumb hovering over the screen´s left edge and it flips pages back. If I don´t see it, I lose my place. That is irritating.

Good, but should be even more intuitive navigation. Works well, but has its own inner logic that isn’t always in synch with my own. But it does get better over time.

En gimmick, en app, en ny måte å reise på,som ikke feiler.. Jeg har en Kindle paper white, jeg har Kindle-appen på 4 nettbrett, på min desktop PC og min MacBook pro. Takket være Kindle behøver jeg ikke lenger bære med meg en ekstra koffert. Min Kindle og et ekstra nettbrett er alt jeg trenger, og jeg behøver ikke metervis med nye bokhyller og det koster ikke trær å lage mine bøker. Jeg har bøker i skyen. De veier ingenting.Jeg klarer meg uten mange ting, men min Kindle kan jeg ikke være uten.

Praktisk. Veldig praktisk løsning. Behagelig og naturlig lys, føles litt som å lese en faktisk bok enn på en skjerm. Kjekt å kunne bruke flere enheter og fortsette der man slapp.

Doesn't sync to furthest read page. Used to be flaske, now sync between my iPhone and Kindle just doesn't work!

Kindel. Er veldig fornøyd med min kindel app, kan nå lese hvor som helst og når som helst.

Good app. I like this app, it’s easy to organise my books and I can read them on my phone, iPad or Kindle reader. Since I read a lot of books it’s easy when I travel.

Twofold. Runs fine on my iPad, but crashes on my IMac. Seems like it can’t load annotations from the iPad on the Mac. 4 stars for the iPad version, 0 stars for the iMac version.

Not bad, missing some selections. Works well for reading and that’s good, wish there was choices to hide read books and or sort after not-read status or “move” books into read or not-read categories. With 50-100 books or more sometimes it’s not that easy to know/find the ones you haven’t read yet ! Lots of reading material, and you can buy yourself silly if you want to !

Hard to find the book I am looking for.. There are some authors I am following. When I want to find the next book, some are numbered and some are not by the same author.

An average go to app for Amazon books. I use the app every day when i’m reading a book and it’s a fine alternative to Kindle that i don’t always have with me. A couple of things that are annoying are: 1. I have another email to Kindle address than what the app is showing. I am unable to change it in the app. 2. Unable to customize home screen. Every thing other than my library is visual noise. I want an option in settings that can turn off things. 3. Audible should be integrated in Kindle app.

I have kindle, but love the app on iphone. So good to read books on the go with just your phone 👍

Help. It might be me, but I had to google how to buy a book and not being forced to download samples. I still don’t get it and it annoys me. I also want my old books from my previous device but I can’t do that either. I still haven’t been able to search, find and buy a book. Am I missing something?

KindleBook. If you like to read, KindleBook is great. I usually read 4-5 books in parallell. With KindleBook I have them all available at my finger tips. Everywhere! Easy to buy, cheap, and fast delivery.

Can only be read as a traditional book. you can only read by «flipping» the pages. I would expect it to have a feature like most sites I read on that allow you to just scroll downwafrd, as if everything is on a single sheet of paper. MUCH smoother to read that way, so that you can keep your eyes at the same level on the screen all the time.

Some issues. Kindle on iPad works. However it is not troublefree. Buying books should have been made easier also miss an audio book option

Missing pages. I loved this app so much, until I had an issue with random missing pages that were not missing on my real Kindle. Now I can never trust it again...

Excellent. I love having all my Kindle books with me wherever I go with the Kindle app on my phone and on my iPad.

Should be able to write on PDF’s. Love the app BUT I would like to annotate on my downloaded PDF’s.

White is not white. The reader is ok, but the white color is not white, it’s gray. And I miss the possibility to buy books directly from the reader.

Not syncing properly. For this app to be useful it must keep updated with the Kindle (which is online and connected at home).
