Customer support won’t answer. It’s been 2 days since I tried contacting them after my phone reset and my pro account was terminated even though I paid for 6 months. They won’t answer

Slow replies. Really good game, but you are using way to long time to reply on Emails whether it is a failure or not

Error. I have got many problems with long haul flight. After I finished the flight I didn’t get any point bcf an error and got massage that session was expired. That happened many times.

Good game. The game is good but i’m missing some military aircraft, the only one we have is the f-18. I’d like to see maybe the C17?Or any other military aircraft

The GAME is good.... I think the price and the game is very good. The graphics is not the best, and I think it is a little unfair that you have to buy The PRO version to get all The planes and the AirPorts.

There is a glitch in the game. There is a glitch with the airbus a320-200 when i try to get the outside view it does not work it only works sometimes please fix this. And also could you make it so i van but each individual plane so i dont have to buy the subscription. Because there is only one plane i want.

Private jets. Hello, this is an amazing flight simulator. Many planes, many airports. Although the only kind of private jet there is is the crj 900. I would like there to be more added. Maybe you could add the Cessna citation or the crj 200 or something else, Thanks!

more planes and destinationes. more planes and destinations without buying pro i doesnt make any sense that a game cost money and after that you need to purchase a monthly subscription

ATC offline. There should be an offline version of the atc. Because the airports with most traffic are always busy. So an offline version with offline planes could be nice👍 Also more things to do while flying, like being a passenger, and order food and stuff

U cant look outside from ur Windows in the cockpit cuz its all black and the sky is all black 2 instead of weather showing. Plz creators, fix this AS SOON AS possible! Thx:)

Great game!. This is just great, but can you add something that when you fly over restricted airspace (North Korea, etc.) enemy fighterjets intercept you and when you don’t move away from the restricted airspace, they shoot you down?

Everything except the glideslope is good. The glideslope is horrendous. I always have to go lower to get a smooth landing because when i follow the glideslope i fly straight and then dip straight down like a dive bomber and start flaring. Never good. And if i try to go lower the robot is screaming at me all the time

Tilted gear and plane. The last uptade you said tilted gear on every plane and when i checked out a320 there was no tilted gear!!! Can you make some more plane for They some don’t have pro please!! But a good game tho😃

This isn’t the best but the worst maybe. Ok I enjoy this game but I don’t I do the point of money each month it’s messed up! It should be you just purchase it and you get the plane not money each month this is why I don’t like the game it’s fun to fly planes

PRO problem. It’s very annoying that we need to have PRO to get the most of the stuff like taxiway and gates. But the game is good enough.

Add airports. You should have The main airport for each country avaiable to all uterestaurant whithout needing to have pro, so add atleast one airport for each country avaiable whitout pro, with pro you can Get more airports.
