Does not work. App is full of errors. Poor poor development. Responsible should be fired.

Lies. Fedx are impossible to get in touch with. Now they claim to have tryed to deliver my package. LIES I haven been home all day. No one answers a phone call as you have to have a customer nr. I shall be writing to the company that had sent my package and explaining the bold faced lies this company indulges in. Just say you are delayed. Don’t tell me you tried to deliver a package, and not done so. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Useless in Europe. Have an account, but parcel does not show. Tried to register for the Delivery Manager option (why, I am already logged in with an account?), but country field is grayed out, and picking a US state is mandatory...

App isn’t working. I’ve reported this several times. Web version works but app hasn’t been working for months. It’s so frustrating.

App not working with manual search. It does not work when you try to track packages manually. Since this has been a problem for many months and several reports from different people, Fedex clearly does not care about the ease of use of its customers. It works on the website, but not on the iPhone. An error message appears "update failed, try again later" Fedex Fixit and make customer satisfied!

Can’t even create an account. I thought I already had an account so I tried to log in. Its said password is wrong but redirected me to the homepage, there I tried to track my parcel and it said it required me to login, and since I have no account, I can’t do that. And there is no «register» button either so im stuck, terrible app.

One of the Worst apps ever?.. It just do not work. FedEx is the worst shipment-company - totally unreliable!

Oufff. Unable to manually add tracking number, since it wasn’t added automatically. Therefore useless regarding tracking, which is one of the most used functions for private persons. Luckily the webb-trwcker works!

Something failed, and by the looks of the comments this have lasted for some time. Tracking does not work, always get the same message “Something failed, try again later”

Cannot track packages. The design of the app is ok. Got account up and running etc. But it is unable to do the most basic function, which is actually track packages. It does not fetch it automatically, and the manual search does not work either. It finds nothing.
