Dear Facebook team, Your employees of Armenian origin are misusing their position within facebook and deleting Azerbaijani-Turkish posts and comments, related to Nagorno Karabakh issue, that don’t contain specific words and phrases that can be categorized as hate speech, harassment, bulling or other prohibited category within set of your own rules. At the same time, people of Armenian origin has flooded Facebook with hate speech, posts about terrorism, extremism, separatism and other misinformation that is not allowed by your own rules. Support is needed. App closes itself. Something wrong with the app it’s closing by itself. I can’t use it. Any suggestions how o can eliminate the issue ? I have the this problem more than a week. The app was removed and reinstalled again. I have to highlight that I don’t experience any similar problem with other apps.

However,i have personally see some abusive stuff that i have reported but none of them were deleted. I have concerns on using the app due to my safety. Biased relationship to nation. Some of Facebook software engineers have biased relation to our nation. As you know currently there are, military and informational war between Azerbaijan and Armenia and facebook is the so called “battlefield”. And some Armenian software engineer deleting our posts, comments very easily without investigation. However, there post even after reports treats as normal posts and comments without any harassment and violation. There is a proof of how Armenian software engineer , advising to give the link of posts and comments, to delete it or ban the accounts. Biased approach, limited freedom of expression. With recent escalation of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Facebook uphold tough hand against users from Azerbaijan and block every 3rd user for something used to be an ordinary case earlier. Armenians are free to roar around without any limits, they spread lies, fake information, insult, curse, mock at Azerbaijanis but went by unpunished, no measures. Attention please. It’s not a secret anymore that Armenian and Azerbaijani conflict escalated recently and is continuing. Both sides have a right to have their say and raise the awareness of the conflict. But, armenian members of Facebook staff using theor positions in the wrong direction. They openly declare that they block and restrict Azerbaijanian’s Facebook profiles, intentionally remove posts and comments that are supported with the evidences. Armenian nationals openly post false, misleading information, abusive comments, photo images and videos that contain violence, abuse, harassment ( brutal killing of Azerbaijani soldiers, torture scenes etc. ) and as much as Azerbaijani nationals try to report nothing happens. They continue to spread hate, racism, abuse, violence etc. There must be major steps taken towards community discrimination. As these factors go against Facebook terms and conditions, community guidelines. Investigation should be done to eliminate unfair attitude towards.

Facebook is not safe to speak up.. With the escalation of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue every other Azerbaijani account, that has commented on the issue is blocked by armenian employees. I have reported multiple videos and posts that showed bodies of our dead soldiers, that contain threats and hate speech to our nation, but miraculously all of my reports were COMPLETELY disregarded. A post made by an armenian employee calling for others to report/share azeri accounts to take them down is also out there. Facebook is not safe. Abuse of power by Facebook Employees. We have on numerous occasions witnessed Facebook employees misuse their power and authority to remove/block/restrict certain profiles/comments/posts. Since the start of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict the Facebook employees have shown their bias in mostly removing only Azerbaijani posts and comments. When I reported a comment that included very strong hate speech that was addressed at me and my nation, the comments were kept. When I made posts and comments stating facts, Facebook removed them without a reason. Please take this seriously. This is outrageous how your employees are abusing their power.
