Great app and support was there even on a late Sunday evening. Customized the favorite icon to my specific needs in a minute. Definitely recommended.

Worst support ever experienced with a Shopify app. Support often just stops replying to requests and has not once provided a useful answer, even tho "superiors" have to be contacted for everything. The theme integration never worked for us, support only told us that it is working even tho it was clearly not visible. The Klaviyo Integration does not work, to which the support replied that it is not part of the app and not supported... I guess then it should be removed from the feature list. This app only cost us time and nerves, it's not a reliable recommendable solution sadly.

I downloaded the app, had an issue setting it up. Received a response within minutes, the representative Saarth was able to correct my issues for me. Very great customer service. Just started using the app, hoping it will work well for my needs.

My experience with Saarth was amazing! The level of customer service this company provides is untouchable. Saarth went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end result. I have a hard receiving this level of service from some of the apps I pay for. If you are considering this app get it, you won't be disappointed with the service.
