Worst support ever experienced with a Shopify app. Support often just stops replying to requests and has not once provided a useful answer, even tho "superiors" have to be contacted for everything. The theme integration never worked for us, support only told us that it is working even tho it was clearly not visible. The Klaviyo Integration does not work, to which the support replied that it is not part of the app and not supported... I guess then it should be removed from the feature list. This app only cost us time and nerves, it's not a reliable recommendable solution sadly.

We are using this app to monitor our products and know which is the most in-demand out of everything. This app is free, does its job, support is awesome and very patient. Would highly recommend it. (You should give Palak a raise)

Absolutely amazing app and customer service. They were able to customize everything I needed for it to be perfect in my shop and genuinely take requested features and work on them to continuously make this a better app. I also love that they have a free plan, it makes it so accessible to everyone.

We just began using the app. We're on the Free program. Hopefully they will add more features. We are going to explore to see how our customer base likes the feature. I worked with Manvendra on a couple questions and changes, and he was very accommodating & helpful!
