I really like the app and the support was always efficient and quick. Unfortunately, I had a problem in the app that prevents me from using it and I’m trying to reach the support for 10 already but nobody answers. I have wholesaler clients waiting for me to send new collections but I can’t do it without fixing this issue 

Great Customer service to date. App has run like a breeze with very little glitches. any issues have been resolved quickly and with very little hassle.

The wholesaler app has been essential to our store sales. Zui did the installation for us and thank goodness–we could not have done it without him. It did take a long time to complete but it is complete and running smoothly. There was some complexity to our theme that Zui worked on to get it all configured correctly. When I say complex, I'm referring to the different views that the wholesale price needed to be displayed when a user is signed in as a wholesale customer. The number of product views may be consideration as you move forward with this app. Our store displays products in a quick shop view, product detail page, featured products, related products, and collections. Some issues in the configuration for example: the retail price was showing in the quick shop view but correctly showing the wholesale price of the same product on the detail page; the related products were showing retail prices with the detail page showing wholesale. There was also an issue when viewed on mobile for the retail user where it was giving that user the wholesale price on the product detail page. I just say all this because it was an effort to get it set up. We exchanged about 30+ emails during the process. Again, this has all be configured correctly by Zui and we are very pleased with the functionality. Customer service has been awesome. Had some issues at first with the programming but these guys hoped in fixed them for me. Although after we added this app, the owner decided to NOT do wholesale anymore so we have to remove it. Boooo

After months of sending emails trying to see if they can switch me over from their old app to this, they have not bothered to reply. I installed this app recently in hopes of getting their attention but they have not bothered to reply back. Zero customer service.

Wholesaler was very easy to set-up and the customer service has been excellent.

I changed my review for 1 star to 4. Javier was great to help and fix the issue. 5 start for his service. However, the app is missing some important features e.g Being able to add more discount groups without needing the coding from an expert.

Great app when I finally got it working with the help of Zui - thank you! It's a shame that you cannot add a minimum spend & separate shipping costs for wholesale customers though! A feature that is worth adding.

This App is hopeless. Support terrible and mucked up our whole store variants.

Great app and works as it should. If something doesn't work, don't delete the app, but request support and they'll fix it neatly.

This is a very powerful app. Out of the box it provides impressive functionality, but with a bit of theme customization it can do more than you would think. The support provided is above and beyond, I've never had such helpful support! There are a couple of visual bugs in the admin screen, but they're working on that, and it in no way diminishes the benefits of this app. If you're needing wholesaler functionality, this is likely what you need.

Cannot setup the app because the developer only offers email support. I require screenshare support for setting up something like this.

Ended up not using the app but they do have good customer service. Also there are template changes that need to be made for this app to function.

I received a complete, free setup within a few days, and excellent customer service who answered all my (many) questions. I assume the people who said they didn't hear back after x days didn't take into account the devs taking off for the weekend, or the time zone difference. App works as expected, zero complaints. Thank you!
