Viz BI takes your store data - orders, products, customers and more - and transforms it into interactive, easy to understand charts. These charts are then combined into dashboards, providing you with a full picture of your stores performance across a whole range of attributes:

1. Sales by product: Track your sales through a product lens and get a full overview of performance across products or benchmark your performance between periods that you define.
2. Sales by customer: Track patterns in sales at a customer level and understand which customers and locations are driving your revenue.
3. Product and customer analysis: Gain a more holistic view of your sales, with a deep dive analysis across your customers and products, all in once place.
4. Product deep dive: Deep dive into any one product and compare how it has performed in the current period compared to your prior period, or compare any two products to one another to quickly see their performance against each other.
5. Refunds Quickly get a handle on which products are being refunded, or which customers are serial returners - easily identify any refund trends and patterns.
6. Inventory: Get a grasp of your current inventory and see what you have in stock and at what value. Take action to ensure your top sellers aren't ever too low or out of stock.

Viz BI gives your complete freedom to interrogate your store data by simply clicking on any of the charts. Selecting a bar on a chart will filter then entire dashboard based on your selection. See something interesting? Continue to click to explore and investigate further by making multiple selections across as many charts as you want. To remove a filter, just click your selection again and the filter will be removed. Want to know more about your selection? Just hover over any of the bars and a tooltip loaded with useful information will appear.

Instead of having a separate report for revenue, quantities or refunds, Viz BI gives you a handy drop down to change the value that the charts are created against. Switch up your report by changing the "Show me" selection that features on all dashboards and get a whole new view with the flick of a switch. Want to go further? Use the "Colour by" menu to colour your charts by another value type, to give your dashboard additional meaning.

• If its the first time viewing the dashboard, Viz BI will bring in your store data.
• Once your dashboard is built, you're ready to go!
• Data not up to date? Click the refresh button on the dashboard to get your latest data.
