We charge for the time and distance it takes to deliver from your store to the customer’s doorstep. This is calculated upfront and doesn’t change based on delays, all parties involved are aware of this cost.

• Allow customers to choose “Same-day local delivery” as a shipping option
• Up-front pricing visibility–no change in price based on time, day, or holiday
