TrackingMore ‑ Order Tracking App Reviews

I opened an incident for a mistake with an order, the response has been very fast and I am waiting for a solution. So far I am satisfied with the service.

Nice app, very usefull. This allows customers to be reassured and thus reduces after-sales service.

This application is easy to use, friendly UI (newly updated version) and most importantly, their customer service is fantastic, special mention to Lea, who was very helpful in addressing my questions and issues.

We use TrackingMore to assist with external reporting. We get an automated download of our data every month which then updates all reports so we can track our delivery performance. A task that used to take a few hours a week now takes quite literally no time at all since it is fully automated, absolutely love TrackingMore and would be lost without it. I contacted support to help with one of the automations recently and they did a fantastic job in getting it resolved for us. If you need your shipping data in a clean, meaningful format to review delivery performance then this will be instrumental to you! We dont use the full functionality of TrackingMore but I know it does so much more too Shout out to Richie in support for being so helpful!

They have a good customer service, thanks for your help Richie. I recommend this app, I tried a few and they were not as good as this one! You also get 50 monthly quotas for Free, which is a big plus!

Really amazing service! Got a chance to chat with Richie and helped me all the way through. Also, you can remove the branding for free in case you're worried about that. Great app overall got nothing to complain about.
