The Stock sync app with Timely allows you to keep your stock quantities accurate across your Timely and Shopify apps. Currently, we know that Timely customers are manually updating their stock records when a product is purchased on their Shopify store. Timely customers who are setting up a Shopify account for the first time will be able to quickly populate their Shopify webstore using their Timely inventory. With the integration, the merchant will select what Timely location matches what Shopify location, and then, the integration will sync their Timely stock information over to Shopify so that their account setup is almost instant. Once synced from Timely the user will log into Shopify and add any additional details they might need, for example, weight, shipping details, and extra pictures.

Existing Shopify users will be able to harmonize their stock with SKU syncing. The integration will check for matching product names and then sync information, creating a link between the existing store and Timely. Please note that you can only connect one Shopify store to one Timely account.

Any product sold in either Timely or Shopify will automatically sync stock levels so that Timely reports show a complete view of all product sales across the business. Any sales in Shopify will be recorded against the Timely customer, and if no matching customer exists a new one will be created allowing you to target product customers in Timely campaigns.
