StarShipIT has added so much efficiency to our business I don't know how we operated without it for so long. The on boarding support and integration was next level and follow up support when need was fast and efficient. Adding StarShipIT to our business has cut down our man hours shipping process by half. Would highly recommend!!!

We decided to give StarShipIt a go to simplify the process of printing labels than how we were doing it previously. From integration to helping with any questions along the way and giving us a longer trial period to get our heads around how the programme worked, Nikita McCarthy has gone above and beyond. We have used StarShipIt for a couple of weeks now and it is so easy to use and saves us so much time.

This app has been great for bulk downloading & printing shipping labels, editing order details & giving us dynamic checkout rates based on parcel size/delivery location. Plus, support has been great.

Excellent app, we searched and tried other fulfilment apps but found Starshipit to be the best for what we were looking for. Customer support has also been fantastic, in most cases the team were more helpful than our main courier who need a lesson in customer service from the Starshipit team.

Great app for customisation and building rules around shipping couriers and cost. Fully developed customer service and online FAQ section

1. does NOT manage partial fulfilments, despite stating otherwise. 2. passes incorrect values to DHL express, resulting in incorrect duty/taxes 3. support is terrible, does not take concerns seriously. advises "we are looking into it"... over a month later "still looking into it" 4. do not use. use a competitor.

I've used all of the major shipping integration apps over the last 8 years and Starshipit is the best of the lot. You honestly cannot put a price on having local, responsive customer service (there's nothing like needing to ship a few hundred orders and having radio silence from your shipping partner based overseas!).

Incredible customer service! I was having trouble getting a few things set up and within 5 minutes was able to hop on a zoom call with Elyza who ran me through everything! She was so kind, accomodating and helpful! One of the best customer service experiences i've ever had! Don't make you speak to robots or wait on hold for hours! So happy with Starshipit and Elyza in particular!

Ive had a great experience using starhipit until recently. I change warehouse location and had to make the new location the parent account. Orders are not importing since then and I still don't have a resolution weeks later. They tell me to contact shopify even though starshipit is the problem this has now been resolved - im happy with the app and customer service received over the phone

Couldn't be easier to use Starshipit and Shopify together! When I signed up, the customer support team gave me a call to help me set up my account, meaning I couldn't screw anything up. Highly recommend!

Starshipit go above and beyond. The customer support is second to none. Albeit integration with various freight providers, checkout rates, rules for multiple location fulfilment, label printing, custom tracking pages or outstanding returns management option. Starshipit have helped us evolve and scale from 1000 consignments per year to over 50,000. There isn’t anything this app can’t do. Having tried various alternatives, this is a one stop shop.
