Say what you will about this apps cost at 100 dollars a month if you can scale your business than that amount is nothing. The revenue is high and the wholesale prices are reasonable. Carly provides the best customer service and always gets back to me in a timely manner. You get access to top brands such as Raw, Empire Glassworks, Grav and Hemper which makes it worth it. Be aware that if products are out of stock a lot it’s due to demand and not smoke drop or it’s suppliers. You can add unlimited products to make up for it so a large catalog will ensure you always have something in stock. Lastly you will face issues not related to Smoke Drop Shopify will remove you from Shop Pay and most credit merchants will not accept your products but I do just fine with PayPal. You also cannot advertise on any social media platform as they will ban you but I found Microsoft will gladly advertise for you and I’ve seen sales because of it. Smoke Drop has to be acknowledged to be a great app that boosts “more” after each product added, as it’s an inexhaustible source of great products,and that’s exactly what someone who makes and runs Head Shop needs.More! I especially want to warn You about Carly, he is a Person who surprises You by E-mail and asks you after you have not send him a answear whether everything is OK, where it is stuck, he is interested in Your problem and offers detailed instructions on what and how to do to resolve a problem, links o videos with explanations... And just when you have no will to answer anything to anyone out of pain and thinking about the problem-mail from Carly :) From one Carly he became my favorite new Friend and here I thank Him for his help, patience and desire to help me - which he did .Thanks Carly, without You and without Your devotion to the individual everything would be different.This can be also viewed from the rewiews from other users of this great application to which You also left the impression of a good friend! And in the end, I would just like to say this: If the store with this app and everything it offers doesn't make enough to gladly pay that $ 99, which is definitely worth this kind of help - you shouldn't be doing anything in this business at all. I am new to the business and was a bit apprehensive until I found Smoke Drop. They have a great catalogue of quality products and an extremely user-friendly set-up. Maybe even better than that, is their customer service. Carly is amazing at her job, very knowledgeable and she really cares about her customer base. I highly recommend this app!

I enjoy the customer service and the kind assistance that I’ve gotten since using this app. It would be nice if they offered private label and also a steady list of suppliers that don’t change too often.

I was offered a free trial but they charged me $99 anyway. I tried to get them to refund and they would not until Shopify made them do it. DO NOT give them your credit card number! P.S. The developer replies to bad reviews right away with bogus lies. Just look at all the other reviews here -- not the fake 5 star ones that companies leave before they actually use the product. All f13 apps have terrible ratings for a very good reason.

The app works, it's really cool but is far too overpriced. Also, the cost of the products are very very high meaning unlikely a lot of people will actually buy. This tech works very well, the service is very good, Carly has been very helpful and efficient. Until you guys get your prices in order this is not going to take off properly. Surely you'd rather see many little sales over a couple large ones. The more competitive you make this the more monthly uptick you will see in people signing up and actually progressing with it after the trial period. I've considered cancelling a couple times now and I'm going to have one more run at it. I should note that you really need to put the time and also have a really nice website and domain, mostly importantly be active on social. Without price cuts on both app monthly cost and product overhead I don't see this as a sustainable option. Smokedrop developers you are doing a great job but I'm sure you can see this is common feedback so please kick the director and tell them this is a reoccurring complaint that needs addressed. I really hope to see a long future with this app and other types like this.

As someone who uses Smoke Drop to sell on one accounts and dropship from another, this app is great! It helps streamline my dropshipping side of the business and it also lets me find vendor and products quick.

The F13 Team has done a great job with this app. The app itself is incredibly easy to use and VERY simple to push the exact products you want to your store. Also allows you to customize every detail of the product page so you can use custom tags and descriptions with no issue. They are doing a great job getting more suppliers on board so the inventory is always being added to and keeping up with industry trends. Suppliers get most orders out within 24 hours. The support team behind the app has been incredible. Whether it has been a minor tech issue with the app itself or an issue with a supplier, Carly has been there to resolve it from start to finish in a very timely manner.

We had a great experience with Smoke Drop. First of all, they gave us an extended trial which helped us a lot in these hard pandemic times. Carly was exeptionnal as a customer service representative, giving us quick and professionnal responses to our inquiries. It definitely made our experience better. Even if we had some issues at times (which we understand), we knew we would have Carly's help to find a solution. Thank you! In the end, there product selection did not fully meet our needs, but I would definitely recommand this app.

I haven't used the app yet, but the idea is very cool. Shyn, the customer service representative, has been very helpful explaining to me how it works. And I'm looking forward to trying it. I hope it will work as well as they promise :) Thank you.

I really like the CBD choices, ordered from some of the drops and gummies as a test. It arrived quickly in a couple of packages all shipped from the US which was dope. Needed some help setting things up as we use the Buy Button and sell mostly through Wordpress content sites and the CS team (Carly I think) was real helpful giving me a intro to someone who helped me get a new credit card processor. I am selling a good amount on two of the sites I use with their products and some of the products market themselves which is a binus.

I use Smoke Drop on many platforms. The only thing is the shipping is a little high. Any problems I run into, I know I can email Carly and she will have it rectified ASAP or at least have an answer to my problem ASAP.

I use the app to get products for my CBD store. They helped me to get labs for the products and answered any questions quickly to make sure I am in compliance. You can reach them by email or phone; which is a plus for me! Everyone is kind there.
