Hands down best shipping insurance app! The revenue share has others in the market beat and the ease of which claims are processed is superb. I've had this on our store for months and has been working flawlessly. Their team answers questions quickly and helps with integration and setup. Overall, I can highly recommend it!

We've used a different insurance solution previously, and have found Shiptection to be a more personal, efficient and productive service. They are quick to resolve any issue in a manner most agreeable with the customer. Integration is seamless and effortless. Highly recommend.

The customer service team for this app is simply excellent. And that's one of the main reasons we chose to go with them. Well, and of course the fact they are a great upsell for our customers!

Will and his team have been really wonderful. They helped us set up Shiptection on our store. They were patient and answered all of our questions before we added the app and switching from Route. Great app, great support and great concept. From downloading the app to getting it running the way that I wanted on my webstore the team at ShipTection has been excellent. Amazing shipping protection. Very easy to communicate with and most importantly, we no longer have to pay out of pocket for all of our replacements due to shipping damages, lost/or stolen packages. They work directly with you to make sure the process is as easy as possible.

We switched from Route to Shiptection and so far we've been really pleased with the service. They made setup super easy, we love how you can customize the branding of the shipping insurance plan, and the profit sharing model makes it a no brainer. Really happy we made the switch.

From set up to integration to customers filing claims - this has been seamless. No problems with customers coming back to me saying that their claim wasn't completed. They created a confirmation saying that people are liable for their boxes if they choose NOT to get insurance, so most customers keep it. Been awesome to have in my store to take care of any issues!

Shiptection is amazing! we have integrated them on Total Ink Solutions.com and they rates are much better then the competitors, plus they have gone out of their way to assist with integration and customizations. We look forward to a long relationship with this company.

ShipTection has been working really great for us after switching over to it from Route. We were having plenty of problems with Route in regards to denied claims or being too late to submit a claim due to the tight time windows for submission. We really got killed by international shipments, as those typically take longer to deliver, and a 30-day window is not enough. The claims window for ShipTection is much better, and the claims submission process is much smoother as well. For any claim, the ShipTection team handles all the work with helping my customers through the process and setting up a refund or replacement shipment. They are backed by InsureShip, and it's been solid so far. We ran into a couple of bugs during the setup process of the app, but their developer worked with us to iron things out, and things have been working well ever since. So if you're tired of Route, you can't go wrong with ShipTection.

The ShipTection team is excellent! We had a few hiccups with the initial install, however they were very responsive and resolved all issues quickly. Filing claims is easy for our team as well as our customers. Definitely worth the switch from Route.
