I needed a reasonably priced app to quickly see the delivery status of my orders to identify any possible problems before customers experienced an issue. This app has bonus features of customized tracking pages which is nice. They seem to be continually making upgrades and have been responsive to my questions and requests so far.
I had some problems with setting up the app, but Daniel from customer service fixed it right away. I love that i track my DHl orders easy, so know i wont have many emails from customer complaining.
Great customer service, easy to use, and most important of all, it solves the problem we had with sending customers to a third-party site, now we can integrate the tracking to our store instead, which is exactly what we needed!
Shipping Tracker gets 5-Stars. I had been using Aftership -- then about 6 months ago Shopify started sending out "out for delivery" and "delivered" emails. Documented here: https://ecommerce.shopify.com/c/shopify-discussion/t/how-to-disable-out-for-delivery-and-delivered-notification-emails-348453 I was also using Klaviyo, and the Aftership webhook back to Klaviyo was tight and we were able to send post-delivery personalized emails based on product purchased. But. 6 months later, and I am using MailChimp now that MC has a super tight API integration with Shopify. And I learned that Shopify was sending "delivered" and "out for delivery" emails up to 5 days after the event. Seriously, Shopify? Shopify could not be trusted to send these emails... and after months of frustration, I asked them to disable these 2 emails. In the mean time, Shipping Tracker was released -- and it was significantly less expensive than AfterShip -- and the developer kept adding features!!! ESPECIALLY the app to MailChimp -- so when an order is delivered, you can create a mergefield in MailChimp and Shipping Tracker can tell MailChimp the customer had an order delivered. You then use MC segmentation: "if customer had order delivered and order contained product XYZ, then send email about product XYZ with helpful tips andlinks to video (um, and maybe an upsell ? Use your merchandising judgment for that) Can't say enough great things about the developer and communication and the reliability of the sms and emails. If you are depending on Shopify to send your all-important out-for-delivery and "delivered" emails, your customers are probably confused why you are sending them late. As in days after delivery. Shipping Tracker will solve this issue for pennies per order.
One of the must have app in the shop ! Get very accurate tracking data, and the price is very correct ! Very reliable and a Support Team very very reactive ! I highly recommend this app !
Great app with great support. Many other apps do not correctly work with the Uk Royal Mail postal service (even though they say they do...) but this app actually does! Highly recommend.
I'm the kind of person that would look at the best selling apps before choosing one. And all the top apps had failed me. All bells and no whistle. And they did not support aliexpress tracking. This app is different. it may not be aesthetically pleasing, but you get what you need, and it's not clunky at all. Most importantly, the support was responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend this.
BEWARE! If you install the trial this will automatically overwrite any other tracking landing pages you may have already (such as aftership or sendcloud). When you uninstall this app, it will break every single tracking link you have sent out in the meantime. I HUGELY REGRET HAVING even tested this app. I'd be happy to rewrite this review if their support ever gets back to me to fix the damage this trial did.

Bom aplicativo de rastreamento que funciona com os Correios do Brasil... a tradução ainda não é 100%, mas é só entrar em contato com os desenvolvedores por email que eles resolvem! É bem interessante que o custo do app acompanha o crescimento da nossa loja (www.granarium.com.br) sem causar aumento de custos brusco. Ele envia notificações pros clientes por email a cada passo do rastreio que é "coletado" do site dos Correios, mas não é em tempo real, há um atraso entre o rastreio dos Correios e o feito pelo aplicativo, mas nada que comprometa a funcionalidade principal.
Such a great app and most of the best features are free! I highly recommend. It's a little harder to use than the other apps but the fact that its free outweighs everything else. Once you get the hang of it its really easy to use
I just wanted to see the status of just about 20 shipments that happened on one day. I have been waiting for all day, not syncing, but that particular day, and it imported other dates and charged me already 40 dollars. I would like refund.
This software really help me a lot when I need to track the newest information of all my orders, I really love it so much!

I really liked this app until I realized there isn’t much support available. I have asked for help in branding DevClouds tracking page to match my site with no response. I have followed up a few times over the past few weeks and haven’t heard from anyone since 20May2019. Shopify has also tried to help with the ticket request. Not impressed with the lack of service.
The app isn't fitting well within my theme - the tracking page's fonts don't adjust according to the theme's fonts, and it doesn't have the regular page heading of my theme, like every other page on the website has. Also, the tracking page won't show both the shipment status and the tracking history at the same time - you have to choose a theme that shows only one of them (and in general, the customization of the tracking page is really not flexible). And most importantly - the shipments are late to get updated on the app! I've got an order that's already has a 'delivered' status on other tracking apps, but on this app it's still marked as 'in transit'.
Pretty good app, great price! but i find its tricky to navigate but maybe that is just me.
