Print on demand & dropshipping App Reviews

I had a massive issue with payments and not being able to submit orders, which made me very upset and I gave them a really bad review. It took a while to get the issue resolved, but they finally fixed it, so I'm updating my review. The products offered by this app are actually really good quality and priced competitively. I've made a couple of sample orders and I actually really love their products. They have significantly reduced the cost of shipping so I am able to sell their products in my store and so far my customers are quite impressed. I am excited to see what other products this company will add in the future, and where our business partnership will lead us from here. If you are one of those people who previously had a bad experience with the app not functioning properly, I encurage you to give this app and this company another shot. You might be pleasantly surprised.

I feel i need to update my review now that they have worked through the technical issues they were experiencing. When you weigh the pros and cons the app and services are well worth using. They had issues for a month or so causing frustration in my first review. Now that they have worked through those issues, I feel I need to update my review to reflect their current services they offer. They offer a variety of products without the added fee's many other apps charge. The design platform is awesome, although I highly recommend you have an operating system that can handle the memory it requires. Overall it's a fantastic app, once you weigh the pros and cons. I would be hesitant to recommend if they charged a nominal monthly fee, but since they don't I feel the shortcomings is something that a user can deal with. Sell XYZ has a lot of potential to surpass their competition from a design standpoint. I LOVE being able to have control over designing my products and hope they continue adding products beauty and skin care products in the future. Whatever issue I was experiencing with being able to add products have been resolved. In my first review I had stated the lack of response from customer service. This was inaccurate as Sell XYZ did respond immediately but my email box had filtered the message to my junk email. Overall I would recommend Sell XYZ. The selection is great and I really like that they don't charge a monthly fee. Although the monthly fees are usually minimal, they can add up over time so there is literally zero risk.

As the owner of Strike Four I have one goal in mind, and that goal is to help other athletes reach their goals! With the newer addition of SELLxyz that goal has never been more achievable! The supplements offered are fantastic and they have a sweet quantity of different items for whatever your goal might be. We love how simple it is to design the label to truly show our brand. We only wish there were options for men's in the cosmetic department. Example: men's deodorant, anti-perspirant spray we can brand (like axe), beard oil, and things of that nature but regardless SELLxyz is LEGIT! Thanks guys! 5 stars!

I love this app! I use Sell for my cosmetics brand. It's one of my most trusted tools. I even think is the only app which provides on demand cosmetics with your own design. I love the responsiveness and helpfulness of the support staff, shoutout to Shanellel!! They go out of their way to help the merchant succeed and they really listens to my feedback as i see changes either in their app or in product catalog. 100% recommend!

-Stars APP NOT RECOMMENDED at this time. Continual error messages “Oops something went wrong, try again! Dashboard.” Also get an error saying I don't have an active Shopify account and my email didn't exist. So, I installed this kept getting this error. Reached out to Tech Support was never answered. For over an hour I waited. No response. I sent out emails did everything I could to get some sort of help from Tech support because I really have a market for all that you offer. However, if the app isn’t working there should be some sort of reply from tech support. I have uninstalled reinstalled nothing. I have created an account with them (although never had to do that with my other shippers) Every since I installed this app my computer has been acting wonky. I ran a virus scan and it came up with malware from there site. Not sure if they are aware but it did. I tried to reach out again because I realize things happen and have yet to hear from anyone. It is a shame because I already have over 100 pre-orders. IF I can hear back from ANYONE in tech will consider trying again but I don’t have much faith that will happen. IF you are looking to launch a beauty line at this time I can not say this is a good app.

The customer service, the design team and the high level admins of this app have been absolutely amazing as our brand launches. The cosmetic line is very high quality. I have done a lot of research before choosing to use this company and the products are the best available for private labeling. I have ordered samples and have had test groups try the products. Very easy to use (probably the easiest of all of these kinds of apps i've dealt with), first time setup was very quick, although I did have a small issue the first time, but support quickly got on that when I contacted them. Considering I haven't found anyone else offering white-label supplements, the range of products is also very good!

Who knew print on demand cosmetics is a thing? The app has been quite useful to start building my mens grooming brand. There could be more men's products like beard oil and styling clays or pomades though. When I had trouble with shopify the support team responded quickly, which was nice. Hope to see new products soon.

It took me a long time to find a decent site to build my supplement brand and I found something much better than expected. Extensive catalog, helpful team and easy to use website. Would recommend.
