Very friendly and really fast support. The app is very good and is also displayed directly in the Shopify order confirmation. only drawback is that it is not multilingual.

Use this App on my Shopify Store, I had a small problem no fault of the App and their Staff sorted the problem very quickly. Communications were very prompt. Even better this was on the Free version. Superb sevice, great work A+++

The app itself is quite useful. But the real star here is the customer support team. Near immediate responses with clear and concise solutions. Incredibly accommodating. I'd give 6 stars to the support staff if I could. Genuinely the best tech support team of 2021.
