Recibi Delivery App Reviews

Whenever there is an order, Recibi picks it up and delivers it to your customer the same day. Our Rates are based on the distance (miles) between your store and your customer.

We are currently providing our services in Los Angeles, CA.

When you install our Recibi App,

1. We add the "Recibi Same Day Delivery" Shipping Method to your store.

2. We show Recibi API Calculated Rates based on the distance between your store and customer, during checkout. Only If, Your Customer and Your Store are in the same city. and That City is in the list of cities in which we provide our services.

3. Total Distance between your store and your customer is not more than 20 miles. We get a copy of each new order that is placed in your store. But we only save them (pending) if the shipping method is Recibi or Local-Delivery

4. You can see all your orders in the My Orders Tab.

5. If you choose Recibi to deliver your order you can change the status of that order to "Ready to Pickup" and Our team with pick up your order and deliver it.

6. We don't create/edit/update/delete any orders/data in your Shopify store. Orders that you see in the My-Orders tab are copies of original orders saved in our database.

7. You will get email notifications when the status changes to on-the-way-to-pickup, on-the-way-to-deliver, and delivered. After we deliver your order, you will get an email with delivery proof.

8. Your customers get SMS updates when the status changes to on-the-way-to-pickup, picked-up, on-the-way-to-deliver, and delivered.
