The app is built for Shopify app store, which allows Shopify store owners to install the app themselves, and with minimal information from Founder Sport Group, send orders with FSG products to the FSG ERP system and update order status using the API.

• Outside of the APP, a Shopify system owner works with Founder Sport Group to build products and receive data and images to load to their Shopify system.
• The products (data and images) loaded into Shopify will contain a key field (referred to as our seller-sku) which will need to be entered for each sellable item in the Shopify catalog into a field synonymous to “manufacturer's part number MPN”. The seller-sku is the unique key that identifies the product to be built within our manufacturing systems (example: A123456-1234-12345-digital-L) and is a required element in our API at the line level.
• In the Shopify product catalog should be set product TAG “FSG” to indicate the product is manufactured by Founder Sport Group. A field synonymous to the “vendor” field in the Shopify product catalog should be set to Founder Sport Group, for each sellable item, to indicate the product is from Founder Sport Group.
• As orders are placed, and if the USER of the app is authenticated (Has the API key from FSG), APP will automatically identify items on the order that belong to vendor Founder-Sport-Group and will send those items via API to the FSG ERP system, along with the required API information.
• The APP will monitor the status of new placed orders and will automatically update the Shopify system’s (for all Shopify system owners using the app) with order status “Fulfilled” or “Partially fulfilled” along with tracking number information returned from the FSG ERP system.
