This app is really well thought out for anyone wanting to offer print on demand or adding the design option to their website. Ramon is amazinggg! Best customer service by Ramon, he promptly answered all my unlimited questions and was very willing to work out everything for me on the backend. Definitely recommend working with him!

Works great! We launched it last week! Kind of a pain on mobile, but other than that it's a great way to give the customer power! Ramon is a HUGE HELP!

Just loaded the app and already can tell the ability for customers to manipulate text and images is better than anything else I've seen. And the customer service is second to none.

Product could be great, except it needs more attention to detail. If I create a collage and have customers upload images only in specific areas that I assign, they can only crop the picture, they aren't able to resize. Also, sometimes depending on the picture size, the image uploads sideways. And there is no way to rotate the image once its uploaded to a collage. This is not good for a non-computer savvy customer. Customer support was great right up until I brought up this issue, I even sent snapshots of the problem but was ignored for about a week. It was only when I asked if my email was ever going to be answered that I got a response right away. Reply said these issues were going to be fixed but did not specify when. Update: I will explain why I am giving 3 stars. Star removed because there is no way to rotate image once it's placed in collage area. If a non-computer savvy customer uploads image how are they going to be able to make the collage image upright? Star removed because I didn't get a response in timely manner, and would probably have never gotten a response if I hadn't emailed again. This is my review, not saying it's a bad product, I was very impressed by it and a lot better than most. If the customer support had been there it would've gotten 4 stars.

Just the app I had been looking for to allow customers to take control of their own design process. Still early days on the app but am grateful that Ramon has been so helpful in getting me up and running and also in ironing out some teething issues. I think we will be on the most extensive version of this software before the month is out! Thanks again

This app is exactly what we were looking for. Easy to set up and use. Honestly one of the best parts about this app is the customer service. A company who gets back to you with questions and helps as much as this developer is hard to come by. I recommend using this app.

This is a very versatile app that allows you to do a lot. The best part is that you can create your own custom product that is not in the app default list. I had a few questions and needed so,e help and support was prompt and very helpful. I highly recommend 100%

Though we have only recently installed the app, it can be said that Qstomizer provides a thoroughly crafted user experience, hitting all the basics and adding customizability for specialized needs. The customer service provided is incredible, specifically Ramon who assisted our team in integrating the app and navigating errors that occurred due to our theme's preexisting settings. Thus far Qstomizer has proved to be a quality app with dedication to rely on.

So far so good! It's a Lot more simple that other (more expensive) t-shirt building software out there. Ramon is very good about responding to inquiries, and is open to suggestions for improvements.
