Product Discount saved me a lot of time during the holiday season and it's worth the cost. I like that this is a one time payment product. It's pricey but worth it. Suddenly app does NOT create any discount no more, and I get no assistance from Boldapps. Don't waste your money with it, when it works it's all perfect, but when it gets some issues, Boldapps will let you alone,

I just purchased the app yesterday so have not had a chance to try it out, but I did want to say how impressed I am with their support team. I had a few initial questions & needed some help with the install and they got back to me asap and assisted me with everything that I needed.

Yes, that rating is right! 5-stars for a reason! Look at everyone's review we all aren't wrong, This company knows how to create apps, and create ones that fill void other apps just don't. If the app working exactly like they describe to us, I mean perfect, they are just an email away 24/7. They are all very knowledgeable with all their products, I know cause I email them a lot at all different times. Putting the cherry on top, Bold will sometimes go out of their way and help you with your store, ads, or whatever else it might be. You can honestly tell they care. Oh yeah, can't forget how I got this app in the first place, they run a contest with the prize being a subscription to an app of theirs. At first, I was uneasy and didn't really trust anybody behind the apps that weren't Shopify made, but Bold Apps changed all that and I would download anything of theirs if I needed it. Ps. Don't waste your money with this app. I wish I hadn't. It doesn't work like they say it will and it's nearly impossible to get help once it's paid for and installed. Many of my items were discounted more than I put in, and right now I set the time for a sale to start incorrectly and it will not let me turn it off or change it no matter what I do. NOT HAPPY with this app & strongly suggest that others DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!

This is a great app! Last year I spent hours configuring sales for items in my store at the end of the year. Then I had to spent more hours taking each sale down individually. With Product Discount it only takes a few minutes to set up sales both individually, store-wide or collection-wide. Once set up I can save the sale or modify it for future use. And what's even better is that the sales end automatically! What a time saver!

Worst experience ever! The apps stopped working and generated damage on my website, then they sent a message saying that they had a problem and would probably display the wrong prices for the customers.

Brilliant app! Within around 10 minutes, my whole store had it's 25% discount applied to all products. I loved how easy it was to integrate the code for the little "SALE" icons too! Thank you :)

Really great app. Sales are easy to run and stand out from other products in our shop. For a one-time fee of $99, it's a simple, inexpensive addition to your store.

Excelente servicio, aun no pruebo por completo la app, pero la atención a sido muy buena. Aunque la app que instale al principio no tenía para bloquear el uso de código de descuento en productos con rebaja, Chandan me ayudo a descargar la versión de la app que si podría hacer eso.

I recently purchased this app so I’m learning how to use the software. That said, the support and responsiveness have been great. Bold is open to user feedback and values a positive user experience which means customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. My experience with them thus far has been that Bold is flexible in working with customers and not married to a rigid rule book. As I move forward I’m happy to continue sharing my experience. Also, one other nice thing is Bold has both good training videos and a support team willing to help out on any areas where you may get stuck. I hope this review helps anyone looking to use Bold apps.
