These guys are awesome. I have 4 stores and together over 30 apps are installed in these stores. I never had such support as I had with them. Highly appreciated. This is how all support should be done. Great app and great Job!

I used the app to have different pricing for different countries so as to take care to shipping and handling cost and it worked perfectly! A few improvements will help, bulk price sync and for the app to work with some product upsell features. Support is also very quick to help.

Arpan and team deserve a five star review. At first there were quite a few issues, seemingly with the app not configuring correctly, but after a while it became clear the issues arising were at our end as a result of not having accurately enabled / disabled settings within Shopify itself which prevented the smooth running of the app. Arpan offered strong support, was always very polite, patient and answered queries as soon as possible, often around the clock (bearing in mind time differences between our continents). No question or problem was too great and all issues were eventually resolved with the excellent support of the tech team. Thank you Arpan for a great and efficient service!

I used this App for the currency change for the USA, we had an issue with generating the products in the app since we had 15k products, But Arpan has really supported us with the issues we came across. I would really suggest whoever likes to use this app, my suggestion here customer support is very high and Arpan has really helped out with the solution on our end.

Although I am on my free trail and in the middle of setting up the app, I wanted to say that the support I got was outstanding. I had a couple of questions and was not sure about the set up, half way into it. I contacted the app support and got into a google video with Arpan who patiently talked me through the set up and answered my questions. More than that we exchanged on whats app prior to the meeting. I realised at the end of the meeting that he was helping me on a bank holiday in India. I am delighted to start with such a help and the confidence of knowing a real and helpful person is there to help behind this app. Will review again as I am getting going .

I'm sorry to change my review but even though support always was fast and they tried to help me, the app was way to unstable. Shopify apparently changed some code which made the app show the wrong prices. This led to some 0 margin sales for me and I had to find out the hard way. They blamed Shopify and said they were working on it. I have now changed to another app that works seamlessly without any problems at all.

I have just installed the app, and it seemd so helpful for international exposure of our Business. Customer support is really helpful and understod my concerns.

I need to change my review, apparently, it was correctly working but with sale prices, it has ruined our store and therefore our revenue
