Set up automatic emails to contact customers with order updates. Let them know when the image they provided is not good enough to use. Let them know when their custom artfile is ready for approval. And lots more.

Reduce refunds and complaints with customer artfile approvals. Automatically email the customer and invite them to preview their order before it is sent to print. They can approve or request edits so that you aren't hit with a refund request for a product your customer doesn't like.

Once your customer has approved their artwork, you can sell them the artwork they love on whatever products you wish to offer them, directly from their Pod Ops Customer Dashboard. All sales from Pod Ops will be shown in your Shopify Dashboard under the 'Pod Ops' sales channel. Note: Pod Ops takes a small commission on all post-approval upsells.

Offer your customer the digital download version of their artwork once they're happy with it. Upon purchasing the digital file, Pod Ops will automatically deliver the file to them via email.
