Customer service is very quick! Needed to enlarge my barcode for the order number! done in less than 2 hours!

A great app that has all the features we need. Some small tweaks that needs to be done but their support is very friendly and helpful. We got our label template added to the list just a few hours after I sent them an email. On a sunday! Keep it up, guys!

This app is perfect for my needs: simple but it also prints labels, which some of the others don't. Plus, the developer is super helpful, much more so than some other developers I've dealt with who want to charge hourly for every little request. I love that this app is so simple with fast and friendly service behind it. Very refreshing. Highly recommend!

Unless you're selling digital goods, I'm not sure how anyone can efficient run a shop without OrderlyPrint. I use it weekly to process hundreds of orders and every time I think I've thrown something at it that it can't do, it just does it. If I had to nitpick... Ideally, when printing invoices the shipping address should come before the billing address. When it comes time to fulfill, my primary concern is the shipping address not the billing address. Again, that's nitpicking :)

We use this app to organize the orders at our bakeshop. The picking list allows us to quickly total the number of each product that we need for the day. And the print out allows us to sort by order number or time of pickup, which we use when packaging up our orders and as a reference when customers are picking up their orders. Very helpful and a big time saver. Recently, I reached out for support and they went above & beyond to make sure a feature was working properly for us. Thank-you for your friendly support. We really appreciate it!

Amazing application, great service and really save time printing 500 orders at a time. If you guys can roll out - Sort by Product SKU before generating packing slips / invoices (right now its only product name, you can sort by SKU in the picking list) - Being able to highlight certain keywords within certain fields to help staff pick up certain keywords. (The CSS edits aren't able to do this) Would make this great app even greater. Thanks guys!

Perfect!! Excellent app for detailed invoices particularly if you have many variants etc like colors and sizes. Easy to edit or add/remove information. Support is the best I have ever experienced with thorough, detailed responses and instructions. Excellent.

I honestly can't rate this app highly enough! It has helped solve so many of our order processing problems from pick lists to printing gift messages and we couldn't function without it! I have used Orderly Print through 2 of my peak seasons now. It is the best packing slip app I could find and they have been great to work with. My team was not noticing when there were multiples of a single item when it was really busy, so we were short picking customer orders. I reached out on a Sunday in December to see if they could make a tweak to help me make the quantity larger when there was more than a quantity of one. I now have it pop up in red and 300 times larger! That problem went away completely. The ease of use of the app was always great, but I was so impressed with the support I got during the peak times of the year. This app has streamlined our order prepping process. Customer service responded to a modification we needed quickly and competently!

This app is really good but I have a few issues with the way it exports orders. Namely, the Province or State is written in full instead of abbreviated, and for some reason the ZIP comes after the City but before the Province. That's the wrong order for shipping! Also, when I export my orders to Excel the billing information and price is not included. For my particular situation it would be helpful to see who had ordered it. People sometimes forget to select that they are ordering a gift subscription and seeing if the billing name is different from the shipping name alerts us to this oversight and makes sure every gift purchase is acknowledged as such. I see that there is now an Orderly Print v2. I hope that there is an easy way for current OrderlyPrint customers to make the switch! Maybe some of these concerns have been addressed.

Nothing short of brilliant. 10 times better and easier to use than other options including Stitch/and the actual updated Shopify Printer. But this is also one of Shopify's big advantages- when the features aren't built in, you can normally find an App to fill the gap (it does make me wonder why Shopify has such poor native functionality in this area though...would have thought label printing/invoices are kind of important things to their customers! in that category would also be inventory control? what are you thinking shopify?? ). Also, anyone bordering on whether to get a label printer for orders, do yourself a favour and get one..now! Can't believe I waited so long! I got a Dymo LW 450, worked fine to print out from the OrderlyPrint generated PDF labels. Thanks!
