Using this to distribute orders from central shop to several fulfillment shops. Versatile and reliable, and when there's an issue, customer service responds quickly. Pricy, but worth the money.

App works great to push some of our orders to a 3PL warehouse to save on shipping costs and reduce lead times. Kevin at Cork Labs was fantastic on a scheduled Zoom call to make sure we configured it correctly.

The support team is extremely hands-on and accommodating, and assisted us with our many requests. This app is simply genius. We were struggling with Shopify being able to differentiate between our UK & US warehouse without one having to manually push orders over to the other. Kevin and the team at Cork Labs built 2 'child stores' to sit under the 'parent store' to solve the issue. The whole thing took minutes for us to incorporate although I know for a fact they worked hard behind the scenes. I would highly recommend scheduling a call if you have any similar issues.

Leaving two 5 star reviews as we had 2 'child stores' created, to overcome the challenges we were facing with getting Shopify to be able to know which orders to send to which of our warehouses. This app has solved the problem and removed the stress of our main US warehouse having to manually push orders through to our UK warehouse. I use OFG to fulfill my order to the correct suppliers. I really like how it just works in the background and everything gets to the right supplier, without any hassle. It's easy to set up and if you have any questions the support team is great!

We are loving Fulfillment Guru! The app is easy to set up, it saves our team time and orders are more accurate. We used to send drop ship orders manually, which left room for human error and the labels were created right away even if the item wasn't shipping yet, which caused customer confusion. High recommend! Also, the customer service is great. I had a lot of questions and they answer the, fast and accurately.
