Awesome app for displaying to customers more accurate lead times. Customer support is fantastic too. Mat helped me a number of times with various issues to display the app nicely and integrate with the theme design seamlessly. Can't recommend Order deadline enough

Great app, great help. Really help me a lot.

The support is slow. The app lacks the ability to search for products / collections which are configured with the app. It's too cumbersome to go through the list. Also, the cart items are not always (or very slowly) updated and do not always show with the delivery date data.

Wonderful app - first of all, visually appealing - comes with four custom clock styles. I am able to use it in two ways, to countdown to dispatch/delivery on items that ship daily, and to countdown to the dispatch/delivery of preorder items to encourage people to buy the products that are not yet in stock. The developer did some wonderful custom work to make this all flow perfectly with our store -he was diligent and very clear in instructions on how to use the custom tools which ultimately sold me on the app and I will continue to implement it on my store!

Incredible app for helping set the correct expectations for customers with delivery times, while also adding urgency. Their customer support is also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to help with issues even when it wasn't directly caused by the app, and ended up being more to do with what our theme developer did.

Great app, looks great and works seamlessly with my theme. I like that I can choose to exclude some products from the countdown which take us longer time to prepare. Nonetheless, the best thing about the app must be Mat, the developer. I had a question on using one of the features and he was quick to respond, sent me useful info with screenshots and even gave me tips and suggestions on how to get the best out of the app for our domestic and international orders. This is undoubtedly one of my favourite apps and I recommend it to all fellow store owners.

Easiest app to use in Shopify in terms of layout design and installation, ZERO coding required. You can create product, collection or static lead times in a second with appealing pre-built wording or make your own wording Excellent customer service. I needed +40 days lead time on some of my products and Mat created new options for me in secs. Email response was almost like chatting. Super impressed with Matt and his dedication to getting our problem sorted. After installing the app we got an email from him offering help with setting up. After a few issues with getting the app to work on our site Matt worked out of business hours to get it resolved in less than 24 hours. We chose the app to inform customers of the turnaround times so they know the delivery dates before they order. We have been using this Order Deadline app for about 3 months on our Shopify Plus stores now and absolutely love it. It's embedded on all 5 of our international stores - the USA store is shotkam.com/camera for anyone who wants to see the seamless integration. The app appears on our product page, buy page, and pop-out/Ajax cart. We program how long it takes to deliver to each country and when we are on holiday. Before the app, we manually changed the delivery dates each day, so this app has saved a ton of man-hours and is virtually fool-proof to use. Mat Brummit is the main developer and responds within only a few hours; he's incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and ready to grow/improve the app for our international needs.

This app is is perfect. Its actually just what we were looking for. It looks great aesthetically and functions very well. Its easy to navigate and set up which is a huge plus. No coding was required at all which was really nice so therefore, as soon as we installed the app it was ready to go. Mat even made some really cool changes and now the new updated version has four different design options available and things can be modified quite easily. More than anything the support from Mat is A+ thank you for a great experience. Glad we found this app.

This app is a must if you want to get more trust from your customer and beat the competition. If you have an inventory on your warehouse ready to be shipped anytime, then you need this. A part from the amazing functionality and stability of the app, 5 stars go also to the support, in particular Mat which he was super fast on answer to our questions.

UPDATE: Issue resolved swiftly by the developers. Thanks! Rating updated. ORIGINAL: Cannot access any settings. Page freezes as soon as you click anything, so can't even contact them. I've been trying all day, still no luck. Not great when you urgently need to make changes!
