Great software for a solid marketplace integration. We've been using jetti for over two years now and it has a friendly backend for easy set-up, and since starting they've created many more useful documents for how to do different processes. Jetti offers integrations with most major platforms (Shopify, Big Commerce, WooCommerce, etc) and has been easy for our vendors to use if they like (though they rarely do because jetti syncs to their store. Customer service has proven helpful in their responses offering solutions. Good UI.

Jetti came in and replaced a large and cumbersome home grown system that previously had managed our drop-ship business. We found the Jetti team to be great partners. They were responsive and flexible. They worked through every issue with us, and the end result was a product that was able to support hundreds of merchants and tens of thousands of products. I would highly recommend working with this team.

We've been using Jetti for over a year by now, or better to say, trying to use it. It takes time to setup advanced dropshipping configuration and requires dedicated development, which is fine. The problem is customer support, and problem resolution. Customer Support is really lacking, takes days, if not weeks, to get an answer after opening a ticket. Despite providing all the information and details, the team "doesn't get it", providing partial or wrong solutions (and the communication back and forth makes you waste more days/weeks). The 48h ticket response is simply false, even the first reply takes usually more days. Once finally they manage to understand the problem, it takes even more time to solve it. And all of this while we're paying for the full product.

I believe the Jetti product is a great tool for marketplaces and really helps automate a lot of the processes that would typically be very time-consuming. I have been impressed with the efficacy of integrating product vendors and the speed at which this is done. We did come across some minor issues, most of which were due to manual errors and the support team has been quite helpful in working through these. The support team is very responsive, whenever an issue arises.

Jon and the rest of the Jetti team are awesome to work with. Fast responses and they have an answer for pretty much everything. Honestly, very impressed with the software. It kind of felt like magic watching orders from our store show up in connected partner stores so seamlessly. The settings are immense and very detailed, so it can work exactly as you need it. I have already recommended it to a few other companies that are struggling to band-aid and superglue something like this together, Jetti has the full package.

This app helped us build marketplace from scratch with no effort at all! I tried other marketplace service providers and Jetti is definitely the best! Some of the things I really love about Jetti - it has the most user-friendly backend, it synchs with most of the online stores (works with Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento, Big Commerce and many others) and offers your marketplace to automate all of the activities. I also love their support service - very helpful and friendly team. This app will bring a real competitive advantage to any business.

Be weary. Since upgrading to the Advanced Plan, I have run into an astonishing number of issues. It isn't clear in their guides how to set up automated vendor payouts via Stripe, nor is it straightforward to set up Advanced Shipping Rates. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for 3+ weeks for the correct support to help set this up and still no success. My gut feeling? The app and software is second to none and works very well, apart from a few minor glitches here and there. The customer support is subpar and their "guides" don't cover close to half of my business needs. I personally find this incredibly disappointing given the price point of nearly $1,000 per month. (Most other apps that integrate with Shopify respond within 24 hours without fail. That is the kind of service you'd expect when running an ecommerce business that operates 24/7!). However, Jetti is a fantastic app to use for stock syncing, order syncing with vendors and order fulfilment. They make the process very easy for vendors to accept and fulfil orders, while keeping vendors' current stock levels and pricing accurate on your live store. I would recommend this app for basic synchronisation requirements. But be prepared to wait if you need assistance at all...!

I've been using Jetti for a year. While it's probably okay for smaller merchants, this is simply not an enterprise solution for SO many reasons, most importantly: 1. Multi Channel sales - this is a nightmare with Jetti. Constant bugs, constant missed orders, constant failures to route orders to suppliers despite all of the proper setup preferences. Nothing is documented. 2. Shopify integration - Non-stop issues with this too. Product webhooks fail to be recognized from Shopify. Publishing products does not work from Jetti if you have multiple channels connected. 3. Payments - There are bugs with the payments module that prevent timely payouts for suppliers. If there are too many invoices, it won't load. if there are different stores, there's no way to identify where the sale came from when paying out suppliers. 4. Product mapping - absolutely no documentation regarding their product and variant mapping functionality - just an undescribed switch that seemingly does nothing. 5. Blended shipping does not work. The function says that you can have one brand fulfilled based on the sales channel configurations. Doesn't work. 6. There's no way to import a product or order manually that failed to import for whatever reason. 7. Never-ending errors in sales and purchase order modules that cannot be resolved. They will just sit in your queue forever, frustrating everyone on your team. Error messages are unhelpful. Sometimes you get an error even though whatever you were tying to do actually worked, only to try again and create a duplicate record. UGH. 8. Support is virtually non existent for anything other than information you can find on their website. They have no idea how Jetti works in anything other than the most basic use case. They take months to answer at times, if they answer at all. As of this moment we tickets from 40 days ago that are critical system issues still unanswered. We have tickets with 10+ follow up messages and no responses. 9. Overall its a good concept but needs work, documentation, and better support to suite enterprise clients with multiple vendor setups, sales channels, etc.

Best software for marketplace I worked with. The software has all the features you need for seamless operation between the storefront and vendors. The UI is highly intuitive, making it very easy to use. Staff are incredibly supportive and will thoroughly guide you on the setup and best practices. Highly recommend Jetti!!

We have spent thousands of dollars, months of frustration, and have not been able to get our store up and running. Wenare very close to losing one of our biggest vendors because of this. Customer service has been terrible, delayed or no replies seem to be the norm here. The team is disorganized, support docs are not helpful, and I'm not sure most are up to speed with product functionality. It takes weeks for a reply, which hasn't gotten us closer to a solution, just more questions. I understand they are growing quickly - but this app has proven to only be a waste of money, energy and time thus far.

I used this app since few months. It's working very well. Sometime a little bit of delay for getting an answer for the support team. Do not hesitate to ask an appointement with their IT. UPDATE 02/07 : We loose a big vendor because the Jetti IT team was not able to give answer to the IT team of the vendor. The integration was supposed to be done with Magento but never work. This situation almost happen a second time so to prevent a second loose we integrate manually the full catalog. 2,5 months after, stil no update. The team seems to be underwater. The support docs are not helpful. the communication with the support is not optimize. Send a message and receive an answer 2 days after is too long. This is a powerful tools and i'm pretty sure that it could be an amazing tools but not yet.

Update: February 3, 2022: Jetti has come a long way in the last year. They now have a dedicated support team that is able to respond to requests the same or next business day. The ability to publish more than 50 products has been implemented, as has the option to send vendor payments via PayPal with just their email address. It's a pretty powerful platform and, like most powerful platforms, there's a learning curve and it's not always intuitive. The error messages you get don't tell you how to fix the error, so reliance on support is often mandatory. I believe they could benefit greatly from a technical communicator to better their documentation. I also believe that it will be an uphill battle to keep up with the updates of every platform with which they integrate. And an investment in the UI could go a long way. But, these are just some of the trade-offs that are currently necessary to have a MVM that integrates with this many platforms, syncs both ways, and automates payments. My advice for users is to only take this on if you have the resources to dedicate to the setup and maintenance of your MVM on this platform. It's not at all a set-it-and-forget-it app if the price point didn't show you that already. UPDATE March 30, 2021: After this review, I had a call with the developers, which was appreciated. They apologized, explained that they've grown faster than they could handle, and promised to do better while allowing me free app access until I'm fully set up, which I appreciate. So, I have yet to cut my losses and I'm still using the app. Two months after, I still have 30+ day support tickets. There's inconsistent information from different team members, and I never know who will reply to my requests, or when. The help I'm requesting is mostly for accomplishing tasks that their interface ideally would allow without assistance from the support team. 3 things, specifically: 1. Products with variants come in as individual products rather than products with variants, even when pulling from Shopify. This is a nightmare if you don't have them configure it for you before you publish. 2. Pushing all products at one time. Currently, you have to select each variant/product individually, or you can select all products/variants on a page. The option to "select all" isn't there, and if a vendor has thousands of products/variants, you still have to publish them 50 at a time. 3. Setting published products to draft, or to publish only on selected sales channels. I have a brick-and-mortar store, and the default setting is to publish these products on POS only, which is literally the only place they are not available. I did finally get my payment situation resolved, but this was because of the support I received from Stripe, not Jetti. Jetti's original recommendation for payment processing isn't located in the US, and the fees made the dropshipping business model unfeasible. I learned this the hard way, unfortunately. Jetti connects Shopify to a variety of different platforms, including smaller ones like Etsy. I found this appealing. However, as platforms update their interfaces and permissions, Jetti struggles to keep up. Better, more updated documentation for all of the integrated platforms, including payment processors, is needed. Original review: I don't understand all of the 5-star reviews here. I'm very disappointed in the time and money I've spent with Jetti. After four months and $2000 in app fees, I'm still trying to get basic support for setup to help get my vendors paid. I chose Jetti because even though it's the most expensive option for MVM, it seemed to have the most features, and their sales team promised amazing support. However, the user interface is clunky, the help documents are not helpful, and the support team is slow to respond, at best. After countless broken promises from Jetti, I'm looking to cut my losses and begin searching for other MVM options. Buyer beware.

Starting a multi-vendor Marketplace has been so much easier with Jetti. It allows me to run a lot of things on autopilot: automatically importing and syncing product catalogs and stock levels from multiple vendors that are using different e-commerce stores, splitting and sending the orders to the vendor’s stores so they can fulfil them, sync back tracking information, it all just works seamlessly. And the vendor portal is great as well, vendors can upload their products via CSV or Google Sheets, update stock levels and get an email notification for new orders, then they just log in to the portal and add tracking information, I’m even providing my own shipping labels to some of my Vendors. It just wouldn’t be possible to run and scale a Marketplace on Shopify without Jetti.

Jetti is a seamless platform for multiple dropship vendors, and a great asset for marketplaces. We’ve been working with Jetti for over 2 years, and it’s been the easiest way to manage our vendors, inventory and orders. They helped us automate a lot of processes. Being a marketplace, it’s great to have a tool that allows us to get all our dropship orders sorted very easily, meaning we can get one order with various products allocated to different vendors and shipping points at the same time. There are easy integrations regarding shipping platforms (Shippypro, Shipstation…) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Webhooks…). We can also easily update products and their stocks automatically or manually via CSV or Google Sheets, which helps us save a lot of time. Whenever we need support from their team, we’ve got it (even though it takes a little longer than we would expect). All in all, it’s been a positive experience to work with Jetti.

Great service and perfect for dropshipping stores. Jon and Amanda at Jetti walked me through the process and steps on the Jetti app to help me understand things which I initially didn't get, the service they provided was undoubtedly the best I've received on the whole Shopify platform! The app dashboard has a clean yet sophisticated look and is amazing to use with many features that would be useful to any Shopify store. From feature like white labelling, Creating shipping labels for you or your vendors, automated order notifications and payment runs, the list of things you can do with this software is endless. Jetti is by far the most enhanced software offering what it does. I would definitely recommend, they are great!
