Seems like a really nice app. At first it was a little confusing on how to set it up. But I could finally do it. Reached for support with some questions and they responded quickly. So far I recommend it.

Since 2020 we use this app & we get 50k plus subscribers, and then 1 day we log in to the app, and all is gone. all subscribers are gone and the support team said " are you sure you used our app before" No one even trying to help us, and the app is fully stopped working on our website. Totaly bulshitt

Worst push notification in the marketplace. It lacks a lot of important features. Not easy to use and not fully customizable. Poor experience.

Unfortunately we will have to change this app because: 1) we cannot manage UTM setting, we have to manually add them in every campaign 2) we cannot segment people considering purchased products or visited pages like we can do with other platforms... 3) we cannot see a preview in all browsers and mobile/desktop version 4) we cannot plan push notification (there is not a publishing end date)

Very easy to set up and pays for itself fast! Took only a few minutes to enable and now I can use web notifications to reach my visitors.

Hands down one of the cleanest and easiest apps on the Shopify app store. It took me 2-3 minutes to set up my campings, and now I have successfully added another touch of conversion rate opitimization on my store.

The fact that you can have all the information in one clean dashboard is very helpful. I really like the idea to keep customer engagement by tracking what's going on with your store live. Onesignal was great with push notifications and this was a no brainer to me to help my clients with their Shopify store.
