App adds great functionality but creates a ton of bugs and conflicts. Should be worked out in a product before release. It is kind of inconveniencing to have to contact support all the time. Other than that support is great and pretty responsive

Most flexible product image tool on Shopify! You get to download the app and test it out for yourself on mobile and desktop. There is a logo on the top of the image until you purchase the product. When compared to other offerings this is by far the best and most flexible. Very easy to customize the settings to my liking. My only recommendation to Magic Zoom is to add a feature that would allow mobile users to "pinch zoom" on the photo.

Great app and fast customer service. I would definitely recommend this product. With so many ways to customize, it fits the look and feel of my website.

App works very poorly on mobile. We reached out to the app support for assistance. They said it was working correctly. It still doesn't work on mobile, it makes the product page seem broken. I followed up with support and didn't hear back. These matters are quite urgent as a broken website lis an uwful user experience. We lost sales while this was installed. Had to remove the app. Very unfortunate experience.

Really disappointed by this app, first of all it never works, but i could understand that. But if you go for trial, the app will spam your product page with an advertisement link to the webpage of the company, this spam doesn't go away when you delete the app. You have to delete it from your theme. Just a waste of time.

This app is great! Work seamlessly within our Shopify theme. One thing I have to say is that most Shopify apps that we have tried or purchased for our site have been clunky. They aren't integrated well within the system. Magic Zoom Plus looks like it's part of the theme and works great!

I have been using this app for many years to improve the visual experience of our images and it delivers. Only recently did I need to reach out for support to make a couple of improvements and the support I have received from Igor has been excellent, Fast responses and custom improvements to suit out needs were implemented super quick. Get app. I paid for this one. But the team should more focus on make the zoom effect perfect on mobile devices. We got different results when using different devices. Anyway, this is best zoom module in town at this moment

Great app but even better support. Igor is awesome! I've gone back to this guy for little tweaks when I upgrade my theme and he's on it so quickly and never disappoints. I would highly recommend this app not only for the great product but sensational support. This is truely great value and a must have for any shop.
