UPDATE: Increasing to 4 stars as the devs reached out to answer questions. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I think the app has potential and is useful. However, I knocked three stars off for the following reasons. The first one is the price. The Basic plan, which only lets you sort five collections, and pretty much that's it, is $44 a month for us. Sortimize (another app to sort collections similarly) is $19 and does not limit the number of collections you can sort. Charging based on order number is no good. I could be selling $5 items and have tons of orders, and this app would be extremely expensive to use. This does not mean my revenue is through the roof, and I would be comfortable with the app price. It just means I have many orders. Second, I found the help center basic and lacking. I want to understand what personalized emails are. What's an AI collection, the value, and how is it set up, etc.? Couldn't find it. Third, you need to be on the starter plan (the second you can choose from the bottom) to have some good features (the Basic is quite basic). Fourth, if you optimize your website for SEO and use canonical URLs, the app won't be able to track analytics. This is probably the biggest con for me. I communicated with the devs, and they told me this is how it is. So if you follow Google's best practices and consolidate duplicate URLs, you need to be aware you won't be able to track analytics of your collections (https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/consolidate-duplicate-urls#why-it-matters). All in all, I think it is a great app. Still, the high price compared to competitors, the lack of documentation (they could also add some strategies to test), and the analytics limitation could be better. I hope they can add more features to the lower-tier plans and re-work the price to make it more accessible to small merchants.

A must have app! As a shop with many products. We can't sort our site with out it. The app gave us many options to sort the collections(also important ones you don’t have on Shopify). You can create non limited segmentation and sky is the limit here. We got a great support from Daniel and his team. Every question get a quick response.

We use this app to help us merchandise collections. Automating the work flow for stock management have been a huge benefit to our inventory management. Daniel is extremely helpful and responsive to all our queries.

So, it works well for the 1 small collection I have. *Tons* of siders/options for sorting items. Im not sure it'd be worth upgrading to a paid plan for our use case, but Kimonix has put in a lot of effort to make this app quite powerful, and they are highly responsive to issues. I can imagine shops that want a lot of powerful collection sorting tools would find this app incredibly useful though.

Kimonix is amazing! It lets us micromanage our collection sorting using all sorts of metrics. We noticed an immediate return on the investment once we started using it. Worth every penny!

We were looking to have more control over how our products were sorted within collections but without having to manually sort each collection on a regular basis. Kimonix makes it simple to create sort criteria that pushes products higher or lower on the page based on a number of factors, such as inventory, past sales, Google Analytics conversion rate, whether a product is new, whether it has certain tags, and much, much more. It's extremely flexible and usable. It's a bit pricey, but it's cheaper than paying someone to manage the sorts manually & it creates much more useful sorts for our collections pages than Shopify's built in sorting options do.

I use this app to create automatic collections. That way I don't need to reorder the products in our store by conversion rate/inventory/ etc. all the time, it does it for me! and saves a lot of time and worries! The customer service is very responsive and helpful, this is a must-have app for anyone who has a large number of products to manage in their store

Kimonix has very good Guides and Video Demonstrations to help new users. They are quick to assist and resolve inquiries. And Daniel was especially kind enough to professionally and promptly assist me with my concerns. This is exactly what we needed. We have a small team and it's such a relief knowing our merchandising is not only well automated, but easy to reconfigure should we choose. We haven't run any A/B tests yet but we're excited to give that a shot. Plus the app support has been phenomenal.

It takes into account multiple sets of data from google anaytics, sales, inventory, and customer feedback and continuously ensures you are showing the most relevant products to your customers. The support team has also been amazing in helping set up the data correctly and understand how to optimize the sorting to meet your intent.

Also the standard futures like bestsellers and new in are very helpfull to keep you collection pages updated, actual and divers.
