I had a minor issue setting up the products, but customer service helped promptly and made suggestions very accurate that helped me fixed the issue fast and simple. With this done I can keep receiving orders. Thanks support team !

Easy to use and helpful customer service available in the early morning. I had trouble at first but Alex explained that once you set up the app, you have to go into the settings and sync the products for it to update on your website. Plus I was able to change it from saying pre-order to say back-order. By far the best low cost back-order app out there.

WOW?? Seriously - this was the most easiest installation and activation I had for some time.
