Simple! just what I was looking for!

Very easy point of contact for customers. Took me a minute to remember that emails with a weird subject line are actual questions from actual customers and not spam!

Loving it so far, but is it able to insert a file upload? Customers need to send me picture references of their orders and I'm having trouble finding an app that will insert it into my contact form without costing a ton each month. Other than that it's a great tool!

We used you app to collect names and hopefully chat. It would be nice to get back to them via the same channel to respond to enquiries.

The thing points the email to your personal gmail if you dont have intials@yourstore.com email address ... so if you reply it goes from your personal email ... I hit support and asked and the guy who developed it years ago and clearly has no interest was a total jerk ... I might hang onto this for right now since I'm not giving him money, but perhaps $5 intials@yourstorename.com from google is a smart move!

Just install it already. Seriously. The best part of this contact app is the fact that customers can use the email form on the page that sparked a thought. They don't have to leave the product page. It's already paid for itself in sales and newsletter OptIns. Oh wait...this app is FREE. Ya, just install it already! Seriously.

Not configurable for what I need. I do not want the entire box taking up the screen. I deleted it based on the lack of customization.

This app is great! It would be nice if you could change the color of the widget and also if the widget worked better with responsive design (for mobile devices).
