I love goodbuy as both a seller and consumer. I have long-running issues with Amazon and a socially conscious competitor is always welcome.

I absolutely love what they are doing with Goodbuy and cannot wait to use it as a brand (just approved) and as a customer. Small businesses are always buried in search results so this is a game-changer for those who love to shop small.

So far, so good! I am new to using goodbuy, but the onboarding process and installing the app were super easy. Everyone from the goodbuy team I've talked to so far has been really responsive as well.

This is a game changer. I can't say enough good things. The app saves me so much time as a consumer by connecting me with great alternatives to big corporate retailers. I love to help small businesses out when I can, and this app helps me do exactly that, all while saving me soooo much time in the process. 5 stars for sure

Super smooth and quick experience setting up my business on goodbuy. There's a great mission behind this app, and the co-founder Cary checked in to make sure everything was running well. Great app! Very easy to install, and only takes a minute to setup. All my products were added just like that, I didn't have to do a thing! I reached out to customer support with a question and they responded quickly and professionally. Very happy and highly recommend!

After wasting a ton of our time, received a condescending email from one of the owners. They didn't list any of their requirements for "proving" we are US based (which our address and labeling clearly show we are). They wanted us to have a "mission statement" and a number of other things. Not sure if the founders were Jr High school teachers, but it really felt like they were on that level. Instead of asking where information was, they chose to be unprofessional and waste our time. I know they are new to this as they are just launching, but some of this should be common sense and they need to understand our time is valuable.

The app we all need as a small, socially driven brand. The founders and team at goodbuy have bene amazing and continue to show their dedication to brands who are actually mission drive and committed to good. Any small brand that stands for something and deserves to stand out for their social, environmental good should add goodbuy to their store! We're so happy to be a part of the goodbuy community of brands inspiring conscious consumerism.
