The app was recently updated to auto-fulfill orders which is a terrible idea. I had to uninstall the app because it auto-fulfills orders as soon as the order comes in. There are multiple issues with this: 1) Orders might not actually be ready for shipping immediately due to varying nature of businesses. 2) The auto-fulfillment does not allow for options like drop off at Flashbox hubs. 3) Since Flashbox charges for minimum 5 orders for pickups, it does not make sense to auto-fulfill individual orders. Disable auto-fulfillment and I will re-install the app.
