The Exchange Collective app connects you with brands and their products.

We give Shopify store owners the ability to list products on their site without holding expensive on hand inventory.

Products on your site through exchange collective look the same as the products you list on your Shopify store.

When an order is placed, the brand fulfills the order, also know as dropship fulfillment

The customer on your website receives communication from your store about their order. The brand simply works in the background to fulfill the order.

Payouts are automated through exchange collective, the cut is split between your Shopify store and the brand. Brands set their split and there is a 10% exchange collective commission. On the dashboard, the information is broken out for you so that it’s easy to see.

Our current set of brands are within the extreme sport industry, mainly surf, skate and snow lifestyle and gear brands. Billabong, Reef, Quiksilver, and RAEN are a few of the 60+ brands on the platform. We add new brands each week and are expanding into new industry categories, so check the Exchange collective dashboard and your email inbox to know when new brands arrive on the platform.

You can now expand your inventory selection without increasing the amount of inventory you have on-hand, also known as drop shipping.

Product and inventory are synced to your site(s) so you can sell products you don't physically stock.

Order Management on EXC dashboard and within the shopify order tab.

Orders are sent directly to the brand to ship to your customer, also known as drop-ship fulfillment. If items from multiple brands are ordered in one cart, those items are automatically sent to the correct brands for fulfillment.

Automatic order fulfillment tracking updates for you and the customer. Once the item is shipped by the brand the tracking is automatically updated on your Shopify and the customer is notified via your store. The brand simply fulfills the order in the background. Your store branding communications is what the customer sees.
