With the rapid expansion of online marketplace, the demand for convenient and flexible collection of postal items has been on the rise. In view of this, Hongkong Post commenced the establishment of iPostal Stations in Hong Kong as early as 2016, enabling the public to pick up postal items at their convenience. Up to now, iPostal Stations suites have been established, covering 18 districts across the territory. To facilitate the greater use of iPostal stations, Hongkong Post has been committed to expanding the network.

Senders can select a particular iPostal Station for delivery through EC-ship Online Portal, while MCN users can pre-set any iPostal Station as their collection points.

The EC-Ship Online Portal aims at providing customers with reliable, fast and affordable mailing solutions. Through this Online Portal, customers are able to prepare and print shipping labels before sending their mail at any post offices in Hong Kong (except mobile post offices). Posting and acceptance procedure are as follows:

1. Senders prepare mailing labels and documents at the online platform
2. Print the mailing label and attach the mailing label to the front of the mail
3. Post at any post office (except mobile post office)
4. Pay the postage by credit card, cash, EPS or Octopus payment at the counter
