Amazing App. Super easy to use. They are developing to insert multiple videos

Great app that fits our very specific needs. The support was amazing as well. We had an issue arise and within an hour of talking with the support at Dynavi the issue was resolved. Very pro. Love it.

I have tried all forms of contact and no response because my videos are no longer showing, please contact us back or we will have to uninstall [email protected] or [email protected]

Super easy to use. I like the fact that you can upload your videos and you are not limited to Youtube. Great support team.

The videos uploads stopped working and I haven't been able to contact Dynavi for almost a month. Tried via Phone, Contact Form, Email. No response. My Success Manager from Shopify reached out to them to no avail and recommended another app. Very disappointed that we could not continue using this app due to their team being off the planet

Do you want to make money with Shopify? If so then you need to have this app. The customer service is absolutely top notch and the app itself has driven a ton of sales. Customers want to not only see the product, and every angle of the product. But a video, a video creates a dream that will convert. Worked fine to begin with. Videos upload to the app, but no longer appear on the website. No response from the developer.

The support and level of interest we received from Asaff Broide at Dynavi was superb. Asaff was at all times open to "ideas / discussion" and helped whenever and wherever possible. What impressed me the most was his honesty and he would be clear if something was not possible or if an error had occurred due to the server instead of one spending hours trying to figure out the problem. I have used several video hosting interfaces for websites. This is by far the easiest to use and their customer service is excellent. At a very affordable monthly rate I can host videos for our kinetic artwork. I use Vimeo professional to upload videos and then share the URL in Dynavi. Cut and paste...that's it! So easy.

Had an issue with getting the videos to playback but received fast support once contacted. Its real easy to link videos to your products, does exactly what it says.

Very much enjoy this app. Does what it says it does, and allows us to easily manage which items have videos and which do not. One thing i would like to see if a customization option of the output video. Currently clicking on the video will display in a centered overlay type of window. It would be nice if we could customize the placment to one of the corners, and the Max and Min size of the vid. edit: Just now thought about one more feature as I was talking to my store partners. We are working on finding a way to detect which of the products had vids, but from the "product listing" page instead, so that we can display a little "play" icon, or something that identifies to customers that the product in the list has a video, which they can get to by clicking on the product which takes them to the product page. Not sure if it's posable, but if there was an single line of code to have it check the product for the current loop, very much similar to the "on-sale" icon that displays.

This is a really great app and fantastic value for money. I had a couple of questions and the support team dealt with them instantly. I'm sure my conversion rate will improve with the high quality videos I can now provide on my product pages.

EDIT: The developer (Asaf) contacted me shortly after leaving the initial 2 star review below and has since fixed the hover/zoom issue noted so ive changed the rating to 4 stars for the added functionality. Ive added an extra star making it five in total due to the excellent customer response from the team and the quick fix time. Ive also been told that the thumbnail position issue is currently being worked on in the background and this functionality should be added soon. Great to see a developer listening to their customers. 2 star review: Great concept but doesnt work if you have photos that zoom in when you hover over them. Also seems to randomly place the video on the product page and not give you the ability to change the position

App does what I want it to but don't expect much help from their support team. One of the most unresponsive I've ever found on Shopify.
