Dealer & Store Locator App Reviews

Being a customer service week, I thought this would be the best time to write this review. My experience went from frustration to great, thanks to Jena and the developer Dinh Trong Linh. Jena has been kind, patient, and helpful for the last couple of weeks. Being on different continents meant that we were in different time zones. Still all questions I left and requests were addressed on time. Very happy that they offer customization at no extra cost. Dinh Trong Linh who worked on our site, did a wonderful job tweaking per the brief given. Two months in, Jena continues to check in. Why this app? The store locator page looks similar to the rest of the site, which is one of the big reasons we moved from the previous app. Having images/logos makes the page look great. One doesn't have to be a technician to use this app, there is a step-by-step guide to help. When in doubt or your stuck, there have excellent customer support to help out. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for exceptional service.

I first wrote in for some help on mass changes on all our locations, and got connected with Jena Nguyen who was more than helpful and friendly. Jena patiently helped to understand the issues I was experiencing, and took the extra time to advise better ways to improve the website. We use this app to display a map of dealer and installers. Love the feature of being able to tag each store with a category so they can be filtered by the customer.

App is good and does the job! I'm really happy about my choice of app and the possibuilities in it. Furthermore, their support team is amazing - really skilled and helpful and willingly to get the job done without letting the customer wait for too long. We started using the app a few weeks ago (after having tested different apps and not finding exactly what we were looking for) and are very happy with it. It’s free as we’re using our own API key, it’s highly customisable, and it works flawlessly! When we had a small issue we reached out to the support, who took on our issue super fast (shoutout to Jennie and Pham Van Hoan!) and found a solution. Overall we can only recommend going for this solution!

Her fast responses made it easy to plan our next steps to get the issue fixed. This is a great and easy to use app with free premium features if you configure your own API key! It also has amazing customization options, making it simple to create a beautiful store locator.

Jinny and Van Hoan helped me customize this application for my site perfectly. With patients and communication, we were able to get the job done. Great app, received some great support from Gigi as the supporter and Viet Trung as the technician. Have approached them twice for support and have managed to resolve my issue very quickly. Easy to use and price point is also very friendly, highly recommend. Would like to see further customization options in the future such as font colour, font choices and all in the future so we wouldn't have to contact support to change them when they don't fit our webpage theme.

Although I had a bit of trouble getting the app installed and working on my site, the customer service provided by Jinny and the technical skills from Van Hoan were incredible. Jinny especially was incredibly responsive and helpful with every question I had throughout the process and they both worked tirelessly to assist me to get the app up and running. Very happy with both the app and the assistance provided.

Gigi was very helpful in identifying my problem and providing the solution. The page is up and running with all the stores very efficiently. No complains at all.

Jinny as the supporter and Van Hoan as the technician It's always aggravating when you have to reach out for help with any app you have on Shopify and it is especially aggravating when the support team for that app is subpar. That was not the case I had yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised and really just excited that Jinny and Van Hoan were able to answer my questions and repair a slight technical issue I was having in just a few minutes. Best helped I have received with an app hands down! The store locator app has helped grow my distribution network dramatically this year so I'm glad the issue was worked out so I wouldn't have to start over with a different app.
