For the First Time, it seems a little difficult to get on board as it requires registration key generation from other web portals and has to submit it to the Shopify app, but considering the key features it provides, is quite amazing and useful to run the store without getting chargebacks and saves you from any kind fraudulent activities. kudos to the Development Team

Tried multiple apps to prevent fraud-related issues on my store but on every other app I have to consider a few tradeoffs in terms of functionality, but this app deserves 5 stars. and other than the core functionalities I love their customer support ( Which can easily be accessible through the chat option). which gives prompt replies and solutions for any issue that I encountered during its setup process

This app has truly helped us in managing our inventory, filtering out any fraudulent orders, Also helped to process any return/refund processing in the backend. It automatically scans the purchase location, credit card, and IP address to discern the various ways the order is valid or invalid. Andres and the team have always been super helpful and responsive during the setup process.

This is a Good App to go with for Fraud Detection and preventing cashback but I think Developers should have to make the onboarding process more user Friendly (I Found it a little complex to get on board, Maybe, because I am not a very techy Guy )

If you need order information beyond that which Shopify provides natively, this seems to be the most comprehensive available.
