App is temperamental and can malfunction on our site. But the support I received when I had an issue was great, Sonali was extremely quick to respond to my urgent query and was kind and helpful and eager to assist, great customer service. Thank you Sonali.

I love this app. It helped me mange my Pricing in the best way given the nature of my business. The customer service is exceptional. Apps like this are such a blessing for small busiensses.

The app worked great and the team was very supportive at the time of installation. Thumbs up to the app functionality. I had rated this app 5 stars until the day we decided to remove it from our store as we didn't need it anymore. Everything went south, the day we reached out to the team requesting them to remove the app code from our store. Our subscription was due for renewal in 4 days and the team responded very slowly and didn't act until Shopify support intervened. They were forcing us to provide access to unnecessary permissions like, "Orders", "Manage Settings", "Domains", "Dashboard" and "Reports" in order to remove the code from our store. They said that the app code can only be removed once we give access to these permissions. They did not give any clarification about why these permissions were required. It felt like they wanted all our customer and sales data before uninstalling the app. We contacted Shopify support and they confirmed that only "Themes" permissions should be required to remover the app code. They reached out to the app developer on our behalf about the issue and then they promptly removed the app code with access to just the "Themes" permission. Uninstalling this app was not easy and we wasted a lot of time behind this. The team was non supportive until Shopify intervened. Please be aware about the permissions they request and reach out to Shopify support if caught in similar situation.

The app is super easy to setup and use. Their YouTube tutorials are a great help for any aspects that aren't 100% self-explanatory. If ever you do need human support, their team respond quickly and efficiently (and politely!! they're a great team to work with) .

The app is so amazing and will provide you assistance right away. They will provide you with accurate information and will update you according to the time that they promised. Sonali and the rest, I forgot all their names, are professional and accommodating. Sagar from Developer Team updates you with the ticket according to the time that they promised. You may encounter incompatible apps with Multicountry Pricing but their team will help you fix that. The interface of the app is user-friendly as well.

I am hoping this app works. So far is coming up with error message when creating a new market. The developer has been helpful and is looking into it. Fingers crossed. If I can get it up running I will update my review.
