Really enjoying the app. I went through several pre-order apps and each one was always missing some feature I needed. A quick email to the team and they fixed the error and added in other design features that I asked for. Anna was very helpful, courteous and responded very quickly considering the time difference.

This is the best app for managing and setting up Pre-Orders for small stores like mine. It's easy to use and has made it easier for me to plan all my pre-order product activities.

Does not work. Constantly crashes. Contacted customer service and they did not respond. Perhaps it doesn't work with paid themes as I see someone else had the same problem.

After trying many pre-order apps on the market, I end up sticking with this one, simple and easy. Just very straightforward, got all the functions I need. I did take time to manage the setup, the Customer Service Lead was super helpful, help me check, and also advise on another tech issue.

I am very happy with this app and the quick response I received from the support team, thenak you Anna and Bella. Thank you. :-) On the flip side, customers don't read information provided to them. I've had many pre-orders with dates to order by, information on when I will order the products, and the statement "will ship when available". Customers still email wanting to know why 2 weeks have gone by and they have not received their purchase.

Just would not work, I contacted CAN CODE, and it took 4 days to reply and admittedly they had a fix, but nothing before them to say they were working on it, just crickets chirping. I had already removed the app and moved on by then. Will not revisit. Disappointing!!

Installed the app and needed minor tweaking for our theme. Developer logged in and quickly resolved it :)

This app has been a really helpful and simple way for us to manage our pre-order items. We had some trouble getting it to work with our store theme but the support team were fast & friendly and helped us get it up and running quickly.

Best Pre Order App I've tested. It works well with my store theme after their big update, it got me wait for some time, but I know they work hard. Support was fantastic and prompt and worked through any issues very well with perfect outcome. Recommended :)

Wonderful so far! The support has been great. They quickly helped solve some coding issues that were preventing the pre order badge from successfully displaying on some product variants. Like many of you, my store is also plagued with product shortages. Installing this app allows my customers to secure their products when we eventually get our order. Simple. Easy. Effective. Thanks!

I tried most of the Pre-Order Apps on the marketplace, but this one, is the only app that works for our theme. Their support is great! I contact them in midnight, and they respond pretty quick! Great Apps and my store will keep using this app.

This app so far. so good easy to use so far no issues download for pre order will not be disappointed, the most important part is made sales via it. They share a lot of great marketing plan tips on the app, and we follow some of the tips, it turns out great!
