App performs well but there is not an easy way to downgrade your paid plan to the free plan. Tried for 3 consecutive days to reach the support team asking for their help with no resolution. Look for another app with better customer support.

I kept getting an error on the back-end, I couldn't even access the dashboard to change or view anything. I was stuck with over 100+ products on sale！！！！ totally a trash!!

Update 2 (1/19/22) We received an email explaining that the pricing is not based on unique products, but actually based on # of price changes. In our case, for 51 products, changing the price 2 times equates to 102 which bumps us to the next tier. Okay, fine then why were we charged 14.95 again the next month when I didn't adjust pricing? Nonsense. Update 1 (1/19/22) After posting the negative review we were immediately refunded with the reason of "The delay you are unsatisfied about appeared because Shopify writes off money from the store once a month, so we do not see a real write-off in our admin panel immediately." Completely ignoring the initial issue of the incorrect payment amount. [We only have 51 unique products so there's no way for us to even reach the next pricing tier.] According to our January Billing Cycle, we were once again charged for the 14.95(it was also refunded) even though, once again, we only have 51 unique products. Original Review: I need to specify that the app does work. However, the app charged me more for a higher plan even though we never met that plan's usage level. We contacted support and they said they would look into it, but they just left me hanging.

Great and super easy to use! The built in discount service provided by Shopify doesn't work properly, so having a super easy external service which is affordable is great! Everything is on one page, searching for items is quick and overall I'm very happy

looks like a good app. we want to use it for massive store-wide sales. we've received help from their support team - which was great!

I had to manually change every product and variation back to it's normal price which took a few hours. Support took over 2 days to even understand what my issue was, now its day 3 and they finally transferred my concern to tech support. I no longer need help.

I used this app to create batch discounts without the use of a discount code and this saved me a lot of time for Black Friday. I appreciated that this app does not discount already further discounted items with this batch process. Best of all, I appreciate that as a small business I was able to do this all within the app for FREE.

I downloaded it but there was an error, so I removed it, but they charged me for nothing!!! I emailed support but no reply at all. I would not use this app and would not recommend, as they charge you money while you don’t even use the app!!
