Really excellent. Does exactly what it should. I thought it might be slow but it's incredibly FAST, looks great and Mike helped me with installation.

My customers only buy one product at the time, as it is expensive. And I needed an app to recommend other products manually. We want to suggest the best product associated to the one they are buying, rather than explaining to them on the phone or via email. I found just the right app. Excellent customer service!

Great app, and amazing customer support! Asked the team at Also Bought to integrate into our store so it looks as if it was built into our theme and they accomplished this incredibly fast. The app works flawlessly and seems to be utilizing our stores data accurately. A much better and more powerful option compared to the standard "Related Products" section found on most themes.

Great app that more than pays for itself in ad on sales. But the best thing is the support. They reply within minutes and sort whatever you need theme-integration-wise straight away. We were looking for an upgrade to what Shopify offers for recommendations. We tried a bunch of apps and none really worked. This app however solved our problems. Easy to load. Easy integrations and product linking. But what really was great was their technical support. twice we made changes to our site that affected the app. Both times we emailed them and they took care of the problem quickly. Iin fact, the second time - today - I emailed them before i left home to go to the office and by time I arrived at the office the issue had been fixed. (That is great customer service and tech support.) Highly recommend this app to stores that want to expand from the basic offering Shopify provides for upselling.
