I love this app - and I appreciate the support that I get from it...I have detailed questions, and they give me detailed answers.... super helpful as a small business owner! I don't have time to do a lot of research on my questions! I Just need the answer! :)

I had an issue with figuring out how to manually add in one of our affiliate's sales, so I reached out to the support team and they were so quick and efficient with their response. They had a happy customer (me) and we had a happy affiliate. Great experience so far.

Amazing app with all the functions I dreamed and more! I love the business model of pricing for startups like mine, which cannot afford expensive apps at the beginning. The support is just Excellent. Great app. It was actually recommended to me by another affiliate app just because Affiliatly has advanced functions that a lot of other apps don't have. It's relatively easy to set up and if you are looking for something very specific, the support team is quick and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We had trouble setting up in beginning because we used ad blocker on our end which blocked the program. They helped us figure it out fast! Also the app itself is awesome how it lets you brand it to your idea and easily track new affiliates!

we've been using affiliatly for more than two years and love the platform. It's simple to use and they have fantastic support that helps us figure out our technical errors fast! The one thing I wish they had was the ability to schedule a 10 minute video chat to fix errors rather than emailing back and forth. Thanks!

Still trying to get used to using this as a non tech person but getting there. I had a tchnical issue and the support team were excellent at helping me sort it out. So far so good!

Great program. Easy setup and integration. Really like the multiple options that you can track conversions with. Allows affiliates to track their payouts/ commissions and emails when their code is used. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this app enough. We recently had to change the way we pay out rewards and the Affiliatly development team went above and beyond to add our chosen payment method to the program. They even customized the export csv to cater to what we needed. If you have any requests, be sure to ask them.

The app does exactly what we need it to do and when we contacted customer services for some support, found the team extremely efficient and helpful in solving our problem.

This app does everything we wanted to do and more! It's allowed us to run our affiliate program more easily PLUS we've been able to use it to track royalties and other custom partner programs. It's saved us hours of work each week, made things much easier for our affiliates, and to top it all off their support is incredible!

My personal experience with this app has not been good. The platform is confusing. The Youtube help videos have numerous errors. The help desk is slow to reply. I would rather pay more and get more.
