so bad ,i really can't open the wholesale tags . I pay money and don't use that ,i let us so bad !!!

We use this app to lock our entire website so our wholesale prices are only visible to customers that have business accounts with us. The app works as it meant to. The support is great. They always respond to all my queries and questions in very timely manner and are very helpful. Definitely recommend the app.

I downloaded this app 3 days ago. This is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded on the shopify app store because: - the instructions are beyond unclear. It seems like the perfect app on the app store but in reality the functions don't work and setting them up is very confusing - the support is off on vacation or something... I have emailed their support multiple times every day for help and I haven't received one response. Very confused about this since every review on this app is 5 stars and mentions immediate support... I am writing this review to save anyone the hassle of downloading a poor app that will cost you more time than it will save you. I am also hoping the app will see this and finally respond to our emails as their app code is still installed on our store and is causing errors so this is a very urgent issue we need resolved..

The app has been working really well and when we did have an issue their support team was been extremely helpful and responsive.

Based on the other apps from Shine Dezign, we decided to give this one a go as well. Communication and support has been on point as always. Can't recommend their team enough!

This app is easy to use and the customer service is great and responsive, they also gave me tips and add-ons not available in the app for now. I'm super glad of their work.
