2Checkout ruined our customers experience, it confuses them, it redirects them and we lost many orders from this. And as another user said: When using the 2CO convert plus gateway to checkout, VISA/Mastercards are not supported. This is unacceptable since VISA/Mastercards combined have more than 80% market share. And there is not a single document in the knowledge center mentioning this.

Hi. We tried to update our checkout but it shows this error "Woops, looks like something went wrong". Would be great if you could help to solve this. Regards - looks like all issues were solved

UPDATE: Developer Craig contacted to us and fixed the issue. Thanks for his help.. It's now working.. There should be a few more upgrades on the app such as product name is seen as random words "Cart_xasd139411rw" which doesn't look good.. ------------------------ SAME HERE... When Pay Now button is clicked it will take to the loading screen and send back to the Shopify checkout page with the above..."

When using the 2CO convert plus gateway to checkout, VISA/Mastercards are not supported. The column only allows JCB/AE/Discover cards. This is unacceptable since VISA/Mastercards combined have more than 80% market share. And there is not a single document in the knowledge center mentioning this. Meanwhile, the legacy 2CO gateway in the Shopify setting can process visa/mastercards, and the loading speed is significantly faster, which makes it a better option.
