Годы шли. Уже несколько лет пользуюсь продуктами xiomi и его досек. И если сами продукты с каждым годом становятся лучше, то приложение как было отвратительным, так и остаётся. Никак не пойму, почему сложных роботов сделать можно, а нанять средних и хороших разработчиков, чтобы сделать, наконец-то, функционирующее приложение - нельзя. В конце концов, впечатление от продукта комплексное, и интерфейс, через который ведется взаимодействие играет далеко не самую последнюю роль.

Russian language please.. Добавьте русский язык на озвучку пылесосов! Российский рынок полон устройств вашей компании. Пока только тройка...

Xiaomi прощай. Надоели тормоза и баги приложения и это на 12. Пользуюсь более двух лет и не вижу, чтобы стало лушче. Поддержку своих же устройст ломают. Короче надо посто смириться и забыть вообще про Xiaomi и все что с ним связано. Лучше доплатить за нормальные бренды и спать спокойно без танцев с бубнами!

Что за ..????. Уважаемые разработчики, Вы зачем в приложении функцию обратной связи установили ? Что бы не отвечать ? После обновления телефон не видит пылесос, сбросы настроек не помогают! Я покупала пылесос с функцией управления со смартфона что бы этой функцией пользоваться , а не с кнопки запускать ! Жду ответ на мое обращение!

Не работает. Не переключается расположение, не находятся устройства в библиотеке, не принимает никакие изменения!

Не подключается в WiFi. Сегодня зашла в приложение, а роботы отключены от сети. Повторно подключить не получилось даже с 10 раза. Обновление с иероглифами, поэтому обновлять пока не буду. Исправьте ошибку!

Проблема с зональностью. Не могу выбирать зоны в квартире, строит карту возвращается на базу, а как потом разделить или отправить в определенную комнату не понятно ни чего не выделяется? Нажимаешь начать уборку начинает по новой рисовать карту что делать?

Требуется русский язык.. Добавьте пожалуйста русский язык в Настройки голоса робота. Будем очень рады если робот заговорит по русски!)

Инициализация пылесоса. Почему приложение переодически пытается инициализировать устройство, которое давно уже установлено и им пользуются. И это тянется по 10 минут. Что произошло с по? Раньше такого не было, сейчас надо пылесос включить, а он инициализацию проходит . Разработчики - исправляйте!

Лаги. После последнего обновления Камера вообще не инициализируется, висит 5% прогрузки , а дальше выдаёт «устройство не в сети»! Исправьте, пожалуйста!!!

100500 кругов ада!!. Это какой-то кошмар с подключением🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤬🤬🤬у меня зла не хватает подключить робот-пылесос! В салоне техники подключили с горем-пополам, домой пришла и….ВСЕ ПО НОВОЙ! Это новый вид насилия что ли? Я полтора часа не могу подключить пылесос, сидя над ним, к маршрутизатору, потому что УСТРОЙСТВО ЕГО НЕ ВИДИТ!!! А мы вместе с пылесосом, с док-старицей рядом с роутером, что мне ещё сделать?? Ужас просто

Mi home Xiaomi company :(((. Update. It works now properly but still have no trust! Be carefull if you bay something from aliexpress from this company that request Internet connection. This company does not care about abroad (not chaineese) customers. They just decided one moment to change privacy policy and all the products paired through Internet does not work with app so if you’ve made that mistake - bought something that can be paired only as if you are located in China - you mean nothing for Xiaome and you go... you know where to. They know nothing about world trade, service or something. You have no warning when you bay it - that there is no such product in app in your area. So DO NOT BAY anything from this company that requares Internet connection if you dont want to sped money for nothing. I’ve bought a lot of products (of allmost $1000) and i use them every day and Xiaomi just dont give the *...k of that!!! They can sell Mi Robot Vacuum Cleaner to russian customers in official store in Russia BUT there are no Mi Robot to pair in App!!! This is *censored!!! Strongly recommended NOT!

Отношение к клиенту отвратительное. Имейте в виду что устройство может резко перестать работать. У меня увлажнитель перестал работать в приложении с уведомлением что не поддерживается выбранный регион (хотя раньше все работало ! ) не проплатили наверное сервер свой. И теперь типа купите новое устройство. Никогда больше не куплю и вам не советую их устройства. Они могут окирпичиться в любой момент

Увлажнитель SmartMi не удаётся инициализировать устройство. iPhone X в приложении регион Китай. Увлажнитель с евровилкой (русский склад). Устанавливается, иконка не увлажнитель, а значок Mi. При попытке зайти в увлажнитель пишет Не удается инициализировать устройство(7). Можно вкл/выкл автоматизация по времени, в климате тоже показывает информацию температура/влажность этого устройства. На yuotube на андроиде проблем нет с подключением и функционалом SmartMi. Странная ситуация. Просьба разработчикам обратить внимание.

Не рисует карту. Не рисует карту, вообще. Не возможно задать параметр уборки всего дома, из-за того что отсутсвует карта пылесосит сам как хочет и где хочет. Прошу разобраться и настроить приложение, чтоб оно нормально работало и не слетало постоянно

Сильно хуже чем на андроиде. Приложение сильно хуже чем на андроиде. Многих девайсов нет в приложении, соответсвенно и добавить нельзя.

Не подключаются устройства. Часть смарт устройств куплена в России, часть в Китае, в итоге невозможно подключить все устройства к одному серверу. Российские приборы работают только по региону Россия и не подключаются к Китаю, и наоборот. В итоге приходится постоянно переключать локацию, бесит. И нужно иметь 2 разные подсистемы и шлюзы для RU и CN... В чем проблема онлайн обновиться прибору под местный сервер. Потому что иначе пишет невозможно инициализировать устройство.

Не работает. Приложение вышло из личного кабинета и больше не заходит, на пароль и логин пишет, что не верно. Не дает восстановить доступ, смс по указанному номеру не отправляется. Слетело все, камеры/пылесосы…

Error. Get an error when choose the device and cannot continue working. No update more then a week

Wasted money. Every time gives message “Failed to complete the action, please check your connect”, I can’t use the app, very very bed quality, don’t buy.

Slow and a lot of bugs.. Awful application. It works so slow and failed every second time. It is maybe the reason not to use Xiaomi products.

Notification area. Guys, the notification area needs to remake for sure, not so easy to understand where and what happened to it.

It does not work. It absolutely does not work at least in Belarus with smart vacuum xiaomi s5. Tried both iphone 11pro and xiaomi note 9. Both work the same but correctly would say do Not work. All it can do is to find the device and add it on Favorites tab. And thats it. Cannot open the device or see any info about it. Cannot configure and even do not know what the functionality is as I don't see it. This is really awesome app, as it does not work, you should not expect that it will.

Please add English translation!. Selling products worldwide but cannot translate app into English. What is a point of using your smart devices just in on/off mode simply because all automation menus are in Chinese. It stops me and other customers from buying your products.

Add map button on the main screen please. Can’t name the map they created by robot vacuum cleaner on Russian language more that 5 characters. If I try - the error pop up about 12 characters appears. Also can you add a choose map button on the main map screen. It’s inconvenient to go to settings and choose map there

Past performance. I go through the whole process of adding a device, it goes seemingly smoothly, BUT eventually no devices are added. It makes me furious!

More options. Hello! I’m using the app for about 2 month and only once thing that need to be changed. Please, make an option to see not 3 cameras at once but all we have. That I’ll be amazing.

The broke the app by new updates. I bought home security camera and all works fine until last week I updated the app. Now it fail to connect to life view, but other options (alarm, reset, calibration) works fine. DO NOT UPDATE APP IF ALL WORKS FINE NOW.

The application made me to lose all data. The allocation started to show me an error of connection to the network, though it works well for the other applications. No one device become available, I even couldn't logout. I decided to delete the app and reinstall it. That lead to losing all the data and devices that existed on my profile, and when I logged in a fresh version issues continued to occur.

Robot vacuum cleaner. I have been using the robot for over 4 years. I have been using applications in a dark theme for a year and there are comments. When using a dark theme, the navigation buttons blend into the theme color and are hard to see. if they are highlighted in a light color, it will be more convenient.

DOES NOT CONNECT DEVICE TO IPHONE APP (iOS 13.1.1). Doesn’t work on iOS 13.1.1, application cannot find the device - roborock sweep one. When you enter your wi-fi and pass in app and then go to select devices’ wi-fi - you see one, connect to it - but then come back to app and NOTHING HAPPENS. Vacuum cleaner can’t be identified at all. Tried several iPhones and none worked.

Bad app. Very raw and bad attention to app design and customers: xiaomi doesn't care about international users. Each update changes Eng to Chinese and back forward. My bulb stoped work correctly, no support and warranty.

Loss of account access. Today I could not log into my Mi home account with Apple ID. Instead my accaunt with all devices I got a clean account without any devices in it. There is no support in application. I lose managing of my home.

Xiaomi Smart Pet Feeder BUG!!!. I have expirienceing the most annoying bug that ruins the whole idea of Pet Feeding by a schedule! The timers on schedule DOESNT WORK!!! I found out that some timers starts execute 5 hourse earlier than it inetered in the app but some of them works correctly and feed my pet in the time I set. IT MUST BE FIXED!!! What is the point of having such thing if you can't be sure that your lovely pet has something to eat while you are not home????? I wrote this message here becasue I didn't find any support page

Feature I needed no working. On iOS 14 I want to setup automatization. To do something when temperature is lower then for example 20 degrees. When I opened menu and selected my sensor I see menu item - temperature lower then... - click it - and see empty list. My friend also has this problem. Please fix

Why can’t I use bluetooth?. I wanted to use this app to control led lamp, but I can do this only via wifi. If your connection lost for some reason, well, good luck to reconnect.

A lot of bugs. I can’t change account and logout on my iPad. The button is disappearing when I try make it.

Russ_robo. After the last update, the vacuum cleaner robot has been living its own life. Starts cleaning at 5 am, which is very inconvenient. It is impossible to find anything in the settings. The Russian language has disappeared from the application completely. The old version of the software worked without problems.

Please add map saving to Xiaomi mop 2 lite!. Believe me, you will gain more profit when you add the feature to this robot cleaner.

Vacuum cleaner turns on every night at 4.30 a.m.. I can’t sleep because of vacuum cleaner turns on every night. I haven’t automatic scenarios but it happens. Please, fix this issue.

Something wrong with app. All the devices in my account are disappeared from the app. But all the automations still works. I can’t make any changes. Hope, Xiaomi will fix this bug.

Freezes. Old version of app: Only two stars because system freezes every time. For receiving temperature from home need wait 2 minutes. For connecting to cameras need 2 minutes. Or never. Every time need restart application, because connection every time break. Not clear for me: iOS or other problems with connecting

It’s terrible. App is slow, crude and so inconvenient. It’s terrible. The connection breaks every time and we need to refresh our device. I’m disappointed :(

There are some messy layouts. Sometimes text barely fits bounding containers. No paddings. A few text entries are not localized, some are too long to fit the screen width so middle text is replaced by dots. Check the UI consistency throughout the app, please.

connection error. after updating the latest version, the air fryer disconnected from the phone and it is not possible to connect it to the phone again! writes Error!

CatY. CatY Can be used for China region only. Pls make updates for other regions like Russia, Europe, Ukraine due to low connection with Chinese servers, and for other devices I have to change region from China to my home region Ukraine or Russia and CatY disappear, which is not conveniently.

Roborock S6 MaxV slowly loading map.. I tried Roborock S6 MaxV in Ukraine region, and in Singapore region. The fact is S5 loads it’s map quickly, but S6 MaxV says the 1gbit “Network is slow”. My wife even couldn’t load the map, she is asking me to load it on my device first. Please, fix map loading for S6 MaxV on a owner device and also on a additional devices.

How to understand this?. Everything worked almost good before recent update 4.7.15. It was quite slow and buggy sometimes but it worked at least. However, after update I was logged out and after logging back all my devises were removed from the account. What is it?

Very bad quality of app. All devices are available only in china region, but not of my device can be added there, and I have to switch regions to be able to use them. And there are a lot of bugs and lags with internet connection. My connection is stable, but in app i can nit do anything from time to time due to the server connection issue.

Please translate more recipes for rice cooker!. The app is great and I use it for few devices. The last device I bought is MiJia rice cooker. And there are so few recipes in English! :( Please translate more of them (because I know that Chinese version has a lot of recipes)

Useless. I need this app only to track some metrics on my scooter like average traveled distance or trip distance and *surprise* it doesn't work!!! What I have is just a static picture of the scooter and some other stats shown on display like speed. The additional menu button doesn't work. If I press it doesn't do anything. Is this a common issue or what, how do I fix it?

disappointment. more than one year ago I have purchased multiple home surveilance cameras + sd cards for them as xiaomi does not provide any sort of cloud services for video storage, and now since one of the recent updates I’m forced to pay additional subscription fee 5-10$ per month in the application just to have access to the videos even on local network, preserved on my storage media? Thats just hilarious…

Great overall. There was a minor hiccup when Xiaomi EU servers were down for a while yesterday. But as it got fixed app works great as always. One thing I would ask that we all need is please, allow us to rotate restricted areas for robot vacuums. Not everyone has perfect 90 degrees square rooms. Thanks!

Unable to connect to wifi, unable to update. I live in Ukraine and bought vacuum robot yesterday. And since the purchase its a huge quest just to make it work. I was unable to connect to wifi at all. As soon as I changed my location to China everything worked, but then comes another issue…it’s trying to update, but for no reason cannot accomplish it. Pretty strange for a company that huge, to be so bad with its app

Some bugs in app. The app has many bugs. When you change room/all/zone for vacuum cleaner - it chosen in random order. Sometimes it doesn’t change utterly. Some time later dreamy create rooms that no exist. You have to rescan you home again for fix this bug.

Every time i use it, i want to delete it. Authorization, device connection and my experience at all everytime just bad. No response from app, no explanation what i need to do if it doesn’t work. I’m just pressing power button several times…for scooter, battery, lamp, etc.

Lost access to Chinese region. I downloaded last version of the app, registered. When I changed region to Chinese I’m not be able to add device, because of unresponsive button. If I use shortcut from Home Screen, nothing happens

My roborock stop connect after last update. Cant connect or clear my roborock settings, vacuum creates the wifi, but nothing happend in application , only some error about wifi connection

Doesn't work. Is it kind of philosophy to deliver 'all or nothing'? Whatever MI app either works or doesn't at all - exactly what happened this time, it doesn't work at all anymore. None of the devices can be controlled, fails to use network, scheduled actions aren't triggered, etc. Reinstall didn't help as now I'm not able even to login... Good job!

Its good, but.... My camera worked perfect with this app, untill new update. Now camera even can’t be reseted. Please, fix it. We need go to service center for now and after even it will be fixed it would hard to trust your updates! Please, use QA department during development as now looks like you make not normal testing at all.

Great stuff but strange UX. Xiaomi created a lot of cool devices and I enjoy the possibility to manage them from one app. But UI/UX could be much more better. I’ve spent a lot of time to find the way to do really basic actions like receiving shared device and so on.

Fix full size for camera. Hello, please fix full size when open camera full screen view on iPad as before. Now it’s opening popup screen in the middle it’s not useful on such big screen!!!

Pushes don’t work. The app is great! But last week it stopped to send push notifications. I can see messages in profile tab but don’t receive pushes. I’ve tried to reinstall the app, reconnect the camera, but nothing. Please fix it ASAP! Thanks!

It was ok before update. Two of my devices disappeared from the list just after update the app. When I try to add them again, whole process of adding goes ok, as usual, but devices do not appear on the list. These are two power switches.

Map is not synchronised, robot D9 pro position is changed to different location, not where it is physically located. It makes it unusable 2. Water flow setting doesn’t work 3. Limit in number of virtual walls, d9 cannot handle curtains, virtual walls can solve this but why to limit number of virtual walls to 6 or so? 4. With D4 pro randomly creating new, not existing walls and rooms which requires to recreate the map in app

IPhone XR last update works like sht. After the last update when I turn on the camera and it shows literally nothing. I have to go back and push on it again. And then it shows me the vid.

Bug. Unable to set SSID name for devices (field is empty) if iPhone interface language is Ukrainian. So I need to switch to English each time I want to connect new device or change WiFi settings for current devices.

Not bad. Performance is really good, well done. Personal data security is still wishes better, horrible data protection, my password was compromised every week and I used password generator and only stored it on the IPhone. Google refused account linking, first time seeing this.

Cleaning mode for vacuum cleaner doesn't work. After some update it is not possible to change the cleaning mode. Previously or was Normal, Balanced, Turbo, etc. Now it says "to change mode update firmware to 3077 version or later" but I have 3194 and still cannot change the mode. Please fix.

cloud speed is very poor. It is really hard to bork with content from the cloud because it is almost all the time just preloading but content content is not showing

Wifi cannot be acquired. Please help! When I try to connect my Mi control Hub in the Mi Home app it says that the wifi cannot be acquired please restart your phone. Does anybody know how to fix this? The wifi is 2,4 ghz. Tried different wifi routers, but the problem is the same.

A1 air 150 doesn’t “more than … co2”. In iOS version there is no way to setup automatization with A1 air ventilator 150 according to co2 level. There is no such line as “indoor co2 level HIGHER than”.

Disappeared Ukrainian language. After last update I didn’t see Ukrainian language on my Mi Robot Vacuum. Only English and Asia. I can make a better app for your devices without lot of bugs.

Bugs. Complain A LOT about network connection and inability to finish the request. Not really surprised, as every tiny change should go through chinese servers, so any xiaomi devices basically unusable now in some countries.

Log out automatically. Why does it log out automatically? And after that i can’t log in via Facebook. It starts log in, but doesn’t finish it and I stay in the log in screen. What’s going on?!???

Bugs with creation account in Ukraine. Hi everyone. Really tired in processing to create account. I have location in Ukraine and I was trying to create my account with FB, via email… have no results! In the case via Facebook I got bug according to location, via email I got bug when I try to create password 🤦🏻‍♀️

Crashes all the time. Worst app ever!!! Registration via email or phone doesn’t work. Thanks god it works through the apple account. But if you signed out after signing out again accounts that was set up before doesn’t available anymore!!! Seriously, what is the problem to do adequate registration flow?🤬🤬🤬

Maybe fix it already?. Update. Go Profile-Settings-Clear catch. Fixes the problem. Since last update (as for February 11th 2020), you cant use app to control vacuum cleaner. When taping on device in the app you get "undefined is not an object" error.

Да почините уже приложени. До последних обновлений приложение нормально работало. Теперь же устройство (пылесос) загружается полчаса, карта загружается полчаса, карта постоянно виснет и слетает. Пока пропылесосишь квартиру никаких нервов не хватит. Приходится запускать по 100500 раз. Базу теряет. Местоположение теряет. Хватит издеваться. Верните предыдущую версию.

Перестал коннектится пылесос. После обновления перестал грузить карту и коннектиться пылесос - просто бесконечная загрузка. И как теперь пылесосить?? Upd: Проблему решила следующим образом: удалила пылесос из аккаунта и с грехом пополам добавила его снова, после чего из приложения пропала лампа. Точнее, лампа была в регионе Россия, а пылесос - Китай, и объединить их путём изменения региона лампы не выходило, нужно было бы постоянно переключать регионы в настройках, чтоб управлять ими 🤦‍♀️ Пришлось удалить лампу и добавить её заново (с раза 15-20 это получилось) Короче! Эта привязка к регионам, это какой-то маразм. Пылесос недавно подарил муж и мне он сразу так понравился, что я почти тут же купила настольную лампу Xiaomi и уже хотела купить чайник, кнопку и поменять пару потолочных ламп на Xiaomi, но вся эта балалайка с приложением порядком взбесила и доставила неудобства и пришлось тратить время на переустановку. Редкостное гэ. Удивительно, как такая крупная компания не может сделать нормальное приложение. Баги прут из всех щелей, про юзабилити вообще молчу, приложение как будто на коленке студент собрал. Негативный отзыв. После последнего обновления, слетели все устройства и приложение просит все настраивать заново! Вы издеваетесь!? Мало того, что устройства настраиваются только с помощью матери, так вместо того, чтобы просто обновить приложение как обычно, вы заставляете заново проходить этот идиотский квест!

Ужасное приложение. Более нестабильного приложения я еще не скачивал! Тормозит, непродуманная навигация, много лишних меню, кнопок, ссылок, а еще и реклама на китайском! Постоянно выдает ошибку «Не удалось завершить действие» Устройства работают хорошо, а вот приложение сделать нормальное не смогли. Запускаю устройства с кнопки, в итоге!

Отзыв. Ужасное приложение! Уже час не могу подключиться к пылесосу. Виснет, вылетает из приложения. Уже подключив пылесос, приложение не добавляет его. Не могу занести номер телефона, элементарно не могу ввести текст с картинки!

Уведомления. Куда пропали уведомления? От камеры раньше приходили уведомления. Сейчас уведомления на телефон не приходят (прямой зависимости с обновлениями не заметил). И ещё служба поддержки, что в чатах, что по телефону у вас аховая - ужас просто. Ответ мне был про уведомления: ну раз вы сделали сброс настроек камеры кнопкой “Reset”, переустановили приложение - мы вам не можем ничем помочь, читайте форумы в Интернет. Отвратительный soft и связка оборудование+soft=в мусорную корзину!

Низкое качество софта. Убедился на своем опыте, что марка xiaomi отличается очень низким качеством софта. Он постоянно глючит, у меня есть mi box, робот пылесос и смартфон, все три устройства ужасно глючат.
