Сломана оплата Apple Pay. Крайне мутно реализована оплата через Apple Pay - при заказе оплачивается посадка (с подтверждением по touch id), после поездки оплата отменяется и происходит попытка списания на сумму поездки (без подтверждения), которую отвергает банк, т.к. вероятно используется протухший код безопасности. Через ЛК на сайте доступно два разных "apple pay" метода, но так же реализованы некорректно, оплата не проходит.

Подводит уже в который раз!. То чувство, когда сильно опаздываешь, ждёшь такси 20 минут, видишь сообщение "водитель подъезжает", спускаешься, чтобы он не ждал, в приложении уведомление: "поиск вариантов" и сообщение, что машина (уже другая) приедет ещё через 20 минут!! Серьёзно?? И такое уже не первый раз! Ладно когда водитель отказывается от поездки в самом начале, но какого хрена он делает в тот момент, когда уже в 1 минуте от меня??

Awesome app. That’s really neat app in the US and Europe but terrible in Russia. As long the Russian section (yandex) bought the Uber in Russia now it became the worst taxi service in Russia. If you want excellent experience outside Russia do not install Uber Russia ever.

Карты дно. Карта просто полнейшая субстанция. Навигатор тупо не может построить маршрут до места. Нет планирования поездки. Списание денег еще до поездки - гениально! Ценами иногда радует, во всем остальном очень неудобно и топорно

Исчезла возможность использовать за границей приложение. Поскольку для России вышло отдельное приложение, глобальное приложение uber предлагает мне обновиться и радостно сообщает, что приложение больше недоступно поскольку аккаунт в аппстор Россия. МНЕ НАДО ПОЛЬЗОВАТЬСЯ UBER за рубежом и в странах бывшего СНГ! и это просто подстава когда прилетаешь в аэропорт а приложение UBER тебя посылает! теперь использую другие службы такси!

Неразбериха с платежами и постоянные отказы водителей. Я давний пользователь приложения, раньше была очень довольна. Последние две недели происходит что-то выходящее за рамки! Например, с меня списывают сумму поездки дважды. Стоимость поездки меняется в большую сторону, хотя доезжаем быстрее, чем было запланировано. Или списывается полная стоимость, а затем часть оплата происходит баллами. Почему тогда списывается полная?? Списывается ошибочно дважды и деньги не возвращаются! Водители отказываются от поездок, когда я уже подхожу к автомобилю, не берут трубки! В общем, это полное разочарование, некомпетентность и просто воровство! Я в шоке! Как не печально, но вынуждена отказаться от услуг убера!

Странная этика. Езжу часто, к машине не опаздываю, выгляжу опрятно, с водителями вежлива, разговорами не надоедаю, тихо еду в пункт назначения. Рейтинг планомерно ползет вниз. Вообще, я оплативший услугу пассажир такси, а не эстетический объект. Посторонние люди выставляют мне никак не аргументированные оценки, не для себя, а публично, руководствуясь какими-то своими одному богу известными критериями.

Не вернули деньги. Оплатила поездку наличными, поставили долг в размере 600 рублей, проблему не решают и не пытаются

Обман. Очень интересный случай произошёл. Обычно не сильно контролирую расходы на такси и тд. Но благодаря наглости то ли водителя, то ли самого сервиса заметил что при выборе поездки пишут одну сумму(120р), списывают сумму в три раза больше(360р) и в отчете указывают первоначальную. Соответсвенно, если не мобильный банк и столь очевидная разница, то вы об этом и не узнаете. Служба поддержки в этой ситуации естественно ссылается на отчёт о поездке и предпринимать что то отказывается. Вот и думайте. Сервисом однозначно больше не пользуюсь!

Баг на баге. Я живу в Грузии и не могу пользоваться сервисом. Пишет, что версия приложения больше нет поддерживается и отправляет надо убер Россия. Но я не в России!

Убер, пока.. Все было очень круто, это было любимое такси...пока: 1) Сначала списывали по 2 раза деньги за поездку. Дописаться никому просто невозможно. Все сводится к тому что "не гоните, мы не списываем по 2 раза" 2) Водители 🤦🏽‍♀️ однажды подъехал чел, чтоб вы понимали, мы едем с двумя детьми...это был убер кидс. Так вот он был настолько накурен или я не знаю под чем он, но мы вылетали и навстречку, он засыпал за рулем, в итоге в него врезались сзади, потому что он очень резко тормознул...подали "мы попали в аварию"- фигушки. Уберу пофиг что такие таксисты везут детей. 3) Заказываю убер кидс, а у товарища вообще никакого ни кресла ничего. Очень жаль что такое наплевательское отношение к людям. Удалила приложение.

Приложение не работает. Открываю приложение, появляется заставка «обновите приложение» которую нельзя скипнуть. Нажимаю обновить, открывается браузер со ссылкой на обновление, нажимаю ок, апстор пишет ничего не найдено. Я упорный. Открываю апстор, нахожу приложение, нажимаю обновить. Опять открываю приложение убер. Опять заставка «обновите приложение». В чем дело?

Не пользуйтесь. Сегодня по вине водителя я опоздал на рейс, в следствии чего было написано обращение о компенсации материального вреда. В поддержке ласково послали меня куда подальше с наилучшими пожеланиями, итог поездки на убере - 21500 рублей мне в минус. Если вам дорого время, комфорт и хорошее отношение как клиентам, обходите убер стороной, так как у них во всем явные проблемы, начиная с навигацией, так и с водителями, и никаких обязательств они на себя не берут. Боюсь представить что будет в случае ДТП

Разочарование. Рейтинг пассажира? Вы серьёзно? Мало того, что цены перестали радовать, как будто всегда "пиковый" час, так ещё и водитель тебя оценивает. Мне кажется создатели приложения забываются. Убер предоставляет платную услугу, это как минимум некорректное поведение. Все равно, что в магазине продавец тебя будет оценивать. Типа "ах, она стояла долго выбирала и ещё крупную купюру подала, вот какая нехорошая".

Отношение к клиентам - как с скотаи. Водители после принятия заказа звонят и уточняют куда ты поедешь, если им не нравится маршрут - хамят и снимают заказ. Это запрещено правилами убер. Написал в поддержку насчет этого - ответа не последовало. Пользоваться больше не буду, удаляю

Тормозит, неправильно показывает. После обновления приложение стало тормозить, 3д карта не удобна для выставления точек встречи во дворе, пропал сложный маршрут, при не самых дешёвых ценах стало много убитых дэу нексия, приезжали Матиз и убитые 9 с 99.

Ужасное обновление. Сегодня обновилось приложение и внутренняя политика. Теперь видимо Убер окончательно ушел под Яндекс. Интерфейс стал топорным. Аватарок и информации у водителей нет. Все адреса из избранных и дом/работа удалились. Маршрута по 2-3 точкам теперь тоже нет. Добавили 49 рублей за подачу - поездки возросли порой в 2 раза! Кошмар! Убер стал «как все».. Уровень Лидера, особенно по машинам.

Обновления. Пользовалась ранее, всё было отлично! Теперь требует обновить на другую версию, где разработчик Яндекс.. а нафига мне яндекс-такси?? Мне Убер в заграничных поездках нужен! Теперь я не могу пользоваться международной версией в поездках по России?

Удаляю!. Даже не успела воспользоваться! Предлагает обновить только что установленное приложение и автоматом обновляет Яндекс.Такси!!!! Выкидывает именно на него. Спасибо за альтернативное такси !!)))

Ужасно!. Отвратительное кривое приложение. Потратил время на регистрацию, чтобы вызвать такси, в итоге после всех процедур приложение не работает, просит обновления. Нажимаю обновить, меня в итоге кидать на страницу Яндекса в аппсторе. Всё, финиш, замкнутый круг. На этом знакомство с убером закончилось, удалил приложение, как катался на Яндексе, так и буду.

это не сервис. убер срывает сроки подачи авто. второй раз дожидаюсь машину больше сорока минут, так и не дождавшись! единственная польза от вас была когда людей бесплатно возили. не "вывозите" вы уровень ребята

Отличное приложение. Система оценки водителями пассажиров должна быть как минимум обоснованной. У меня лично понизился рейтинг с 5 после короткой поездки на такси, водитель недоволен что заработал всего 120 рублей. После пары таких водителей начнутся уже проблемы с поездками. Лучше сразу установить Яндекс.Такси.

Попользовались. Редкостное дерьмище?

Софт нерабочий. Приехал в США, где, к сожалению, не работает другое приложение-конкурент. Настроить приложение перед поездкой не успел, уж тем более проверить. Когда оно понадобилось (поздно ночью) - вбиваю адрес, куда ехать, отображаются примерные цены, с виду всё в порядке. Добавляю карту, подтверждаю заказ и вижу сообщение о том, что "платёжные данные не действительны" (именно так, с грамматической ошибкой (без пробела после "не")). Повторяю - результат тот же. Ну ладно, добавляю другую карту. Опять то же самое. При следующей попытке - уже сообщение, кажется, riders_account_banned или вроде того, то есть меня, похоже, решили ещё и забанить непонятно за что. Больше продолжать не стал, дабы не тратить драгоценное время, и пошёл ловить такси сам, благо место довольно оживлённое. Итог - приложение полностью неадекватное и подвело в непростой ситуации. Если бы было можно, то поставил бы ноль, так как именно на столько процентов работает функционал.

Детское кресло. Уважаемые разработчики! А где же в приложении можно заказать UberKIDS? Вечная проблема - заказать машину с детским креслом. На Яндекс.Такси вот легко. А в вашем приложении ни слова о перевозке пассажиров с детьми.

Испортилось. Со временем машины стали хуже, водители грубее. Едут дольше, иногда водители просят отменить поездку если не устаревает...

Ужасно!!!!!!. Высокие цены. Тупые водители. Глюченное приложение. Удаляйте этот шлак.

Uber Russia. В России при заказе такси через приложение заказ передаётся в Яндекс, купили они их, либо покупают заказы постоянно по договору. В США и других странах приложение работает по-иному, даже другой интерфейс, определяет локацию и поехали!

Оторвите руки тому, кто это делал. Обновить приложение таким образом, чтобы оно стало дико неудобным (начиная от вида карт и заканчивая тем, что от имени водителя в инфо показывается ТОЛЬКО первые буквы его ФАМИЛИИ) - это надо иметь талант.

Очень плохое такси. Не рекомендую его. После отказа водителей приехать ко мне ( якобы нахожусь далеко) я отменил заказ и теперь при следующем должен заплатить сверху. Это они мне должны теперь. Я приехал из другого города на встречу и из-за этого опоздал на 1,5 часа. Не пользуйтесь этим московским чурко такси.

Давай до свидания!!!. Во вторник перестанет работать ваше приложение Uber. Вместо него - улучшенное и адаптированное для России приложение Uber Russia. Которое просит iOS 10,теперь получается ущемляют мои права! Стоит задуматься о своих пользователях!

Скатились и не докатились.. Есть ли смысл писать про это окно, блокирующее работу приложения? У меня вообще к разработчикам вопрос. Во Франции мы без проблем до появления этого окна смогли воспользоваться приложением, тк не хотелось искать и устанавливать какие-то местные сервисы, когда есть универсальный установленный и работающий. Так вот теперь я с этим окном, как и тысячи пользователей, из-за вашего убогого убер раша, который, по сути, является яндексом, с водителем которого у меня все поездки были какие-то проблемы. Смогу ли я воспользоваться УБЕРом за границей, если у тех водителей нет УБЕР РАША? Или вы настолько угробили приложение, что теперь убер накрылся и у них? Разъясните этот момент, пожалуйста.

Хороший сервис, приложение так себе. Надо постараться, чтобы разобраться в интерфейсе приложения. Для простой задачи вызова машины это не здорово. Нет опции использовать геопозицию только при работе с приложением — убер хочет за тобой следить. Либо всегда отслеживается твоя геопозиция (зачем?), либо никогда, тогда руками указывай адрес отправления. Хочется что-то нецензурное написать по этому поводу. Сам сервис хорош — цены низкие, машины приезжают чётко, проблем с транспортировкой и расчётами у меня не было.

Почему убер самое плохое такси?. Водители гастарбайтеры, которые во время поездки будут приставать к вам, набиваться домой, не давать сдачу. Гастарбайтеры уже покупают левые аккаунты, поэтому если за вами едет Александр а приехал Музахареджан, это в порядке вещей! Если вы попадете в дтп и пострадаете, всем будет пофигу, они будут игнорировать вас) Всего плохого Uber!

Невозможно сделать заказ.. Приложение просит себя обновить, а при обновлении перебрасывает на страницу Яндекс-такси. Окей.

Чуть не опоздали на поезд из-за заранее заказанной поездки!. Вечером заказали машину на 4:20 ч. Но утром оказалось, что не машину подадут к 4:20, а поиск водителя начнётся в 4:20! В итоге машину обещали к 5 ч., "но это не точно", т.к. водителю нужно было ещё 20 мин. на завершение текущего заказа! А нам к 5 ч. нужно было быть уже на вокзале! Так что предварительный заказ в Убер таковым не является. Никаких предупреждений об этом нет, время выезда запланировать невозможно. Жаль, что нельзя поставить отрицательную оценку.

Очень плохо. Пользовался часто не обращая внимания на некоторые недостатки. После взлома моего аккаунта (денег там не оказалось)и написания мною в службу поддержки - тишина. Аккаунтом не воспользоваться через приложение, а жаль. В Париже очень выручало. Парадокс, но Убер сам не даёт мне воспольз услугами Убера

Rude drivers. I’ve booked the trip and waiting the driver at the selected place, he could not find it, called me and tell - “you are f..ng gay, where are you”, I was shocked and cancelled trip, wrote the feedback but no action from support - perfect attitude to clients. Lags& incompetent delivery boys. Tried to order food via app, due to lag address of delivery was set incorrectly. Driver refused to go to asked destination(2minutes by car) and when I arrived to location where he was (5 minutes after first message) order was “delivered” and no way to contact driver is provided

Make Uber great again. After integration with Yandex application became awful and buggy: - car location constantly freezing - passenger is not able to set multiple stops anymore - passenger is not able to change pickup point - maps render too long on zoom - saved places disappeared

Вводит в заблуждение misleading app. Ребят, если приложение не поддерживается в Беларуси, так может стоит его убрать из белорусского App Store. Или предупреждать об этом перед тем, как просить регистрацию и данные банковской карточки. Guys, if the application is not supported in Belarus, it may be worth removing it from the Belarusian App Store. Or warn about this before asking for registration and credit card information.

Bug. I tried to change destination, clicked on manage saved places. I guess it’s a modal, because native goBack(swipe) has no affect. This screen is not optimized for iPhone X, the cross button is too high and not clickable.

CRITICAL SECURITY BUG. I have deleted my card from the Payment, however UBER still uses that card for ride charge and there is no way ti change it. There is no way to contact anyone for resolving this situation. PLEASE STOP USING MY CARD!

Worst taxi app I have ever used. I have used the application about 5 times - 3 trips (if you can call them that) of which were problematic. Drivers stopped absolutely not where the landing point was. Before reaching a few kilometers to the landing point, driver started a trip which was obviously necessary for me to cancel and then return debited money through support (attention - they returned only part). Why should I beg for money for a service not rendered and, as a result, still not receive the full amount back? Terrible attitude towards customers

Can’t select multiple trip points. Previously, I could select several trip points, and that was very convenient. With the recent update, I can’t do it. I can only change the final destination and cannot add other addresses in between. Dear developers, please return this useful feature.

Stealing money. This app is stealing money. I used to use this app, had a credit card, but one day, I was sitting home and received a notification, that Uber take out 3 dollars from my card! I wrote an email to the Uber support, but they sent my money back not to my credit card, but to my Uber account! I don’t need my money on my Uber account, I want it back on my card. Hell naw. After switching to Yandex maps geolocation began to work very badly. Tracking the driver's location is not working correctly. Missing the ability to add several stops In short, the application was spoiled notably.

Troubles with payment method. Added new card. The message: the selected payment method is invalid.. All settings are correct.

Taxi. I don’t understand why cars from uberx and comfort come to uber black, and also many taxi drivers refuse to travel, as a result, the wait can be up to 20 minutes, it’s easier to get there on foot.

Frozen in time. I rarely go and write reviews on apps but this is far beyond me. I haven’t been using Uber in a while, about 8 years, and you know what? It still the same app! It seems like froze in time, I’m not saying about support answer time. Interface is really bad, comparing to, forgive me my lord, Yandex. Guys I expected so much better from the leading app in the world.

overcharging for the rides. they are just charging more money than the trip costs, also there were some random charges from my bank account several times. it’s hard to contact their support and it seems that there just bots in the support so they didn’t help at all

It’s not a real Uber. What we have after merge with Yandex: old and messy cars, problems with payment and drivers with extremely low rating. I don’t recommend to use this service in Belarus.

Updating. I have the old version of app and I have tried to prepare for my trip. Because I don't want to have a deal with an airport wi-fi wich usually slow or any extra efford. In my current loca doesn't support uber and I have a notification that I can not download and update the app. So user friendly app.

After the Uber union with yandex. A mobile app become very unusable, you can’t add several stops. The prices become higher. The app doesn’t show right time when driver will be close to you. And there are a lot of bugs at all. Looks like nobody tested this app and just pushed to production. Can't use an app because it's blocked. I live in a country where Yandex bought Uber. So the app makes me to "update" which means launch the other app. I'm traveling UK this year and want to use Uber as a taxi service. I want to check the price from airport to the city. How will I use it if the app blocks me? Developer doesn't care, my problems

Bye Uber :(. After merge with Yandex it’s just impossible to use the app anymore. Maps changed, not possible to rate a driver, also there are numbers of drivers with rating about 4.0 somehow, now the prices aren’t clear and it takes longer to get a car. Option to add several stops to the route is missing. Not to mention issues with payments. So all the good things about the app has gone :(

Service go down. After integration with local operator Yandex, rates increased, app become uncomfortable, also the is now drivers. So buy buy Uber :(

New update after Yandex merge in Belarus is a disaster. Guys, new update is nothing but impossible to use. "Stops" have disappeared. You simply cannot get to two places. Need to ride to the first point, close the ride and look for another cab. Plus you get lots of glitches like car remaining constantly far from you yet being right at your house & other...

Bad servis.. Hello. I order a taxi, price was 18€. In the end I pay 48€, because of driver, next day I see that they took my money from card two times. The price became 98€. I try to wright to there service, no answer for 2 days. So better not to install this app.

Too risky to use. The main pitfall is that when YOU cancel a trip - you pay. But when a DRIVER cancels - he pays nothing. It leads to cases like you, being in a hurry, order a car and the driver deign to cancel your order, for example, in 5 minutes. As a result, you are late but driver is happy. Refused from using the app and advise you to do the same till Uber fixes this.

Can’t watch trip details. With new update I can’t watch trip details. Details screen starts to show, but then it is pushed through and help screen is opened.

poor piece of garbage. uber in belarus is DEAD. the idea to unite with yandex was the dumbest thing you ever did. app is buggy, the map is screwed, from time to time my card is charged for trips i never did. Total disgrace and disappointment!!!!!

Uber in many countries actually in Ukraine. The App that I have been using for the last 4 years has only gotten worse and worse each year. Complete lack of any live communication with service workers. But a million FAQs, I guess this maze of answers and questions was created to calm the evil client. After all, you need to show true restraint in order to find at least some option to write a live review bout the situation. The driver takes orders with an interval of waiting 20-25 minutes after the order is canceled earlier than expected. Disgusting! Terrible Just one star as a reminder that sometimes it was o a good app!

The app got so much worse. I have to agree with other reviewers that using the app in Ukraine became a total disaster. I used to use it last spring and summer when the lockdown started, and it was pretty good: nice cars, drivers arrived quickly, prices were pretty much like everywhere. But now it's all gone. I tried to use it several times this summer, and every time it either took ages for the app to find a driver or after the driver was found the time for waiting was about 20 minutes and it only kept growing. Today, just out of curiosity, I tried to order a taxi here again, and the price was twice as high as in another app. Just deleted the Uber app, it's totally useless, at least in Ukraine.

Frouding app. I’m using taxi rare. Some years ago I’ve installed Uber, as what I thought “good international app, which will allow to use taxi around the world when I need it”. For this years my rating is 4.91. But only half of rides in Ukraine were successful. Another half - is 1) Driver will take (to see destination) and abandon the ride, because he don't like the place, or whatever. 2) Fraud. Yes, just ordinary fraud. Driver will take the ride. He not going to take you. He will drop the ride after four minutes and Uber will collect a fine from you. Why? Seriously, guys, your software so weak to understand that driver is in ten kilometers from meeting point when he will STARTs the ride? Yes, thanks for ability to return money. To the Uber wallet. Yes, you will pay from your CC, but refine to nowhere. Will the driver be punished for fraud? Nope, he will receive money. Support? Nope. This is garbage. Don’t waste your time. Sometimes its too expensive to wait until tones of driver will f@k you up .

I can’t stand it anymore. - If I live in Kiev (Ukraine) and want to move to Kumacha street what’s the point to show me as a destination point Kumacha street in Novosibirsk (Russia)? Do your AI really thinks I’d like to use uber for 1000+ km? - If I want to type adress: I need to type street name and street number just as two steps. I don’t want to type street name then goes to map screen, then select destination field, then type street name. I want to do all this on ONE screen. - Do you seriously think I care about the fact that my driver ends it’s previous route? Well, no. I want to know when exactly he will come to me. I don’t want to see “11 min away” msg for the 20 minutes and the 6 minutes more after he would star his moving to me. 26 min and 11 min is a very big differense. - It’s not ok to see 20$ for route and pay 25$.

The worst support ever. I’ve received an email that one of the drivers who canceled the trip reported that it was because I wasn’t wearing the mask. But the point is that never happened! So I was accused by the driver and I don’t have any idea why. All the last drivers who canceled trips with me didn’t even reached the point of my location. So how one of them can report that I was without mask if I even hadn’t sit in the car? And now I can’t solve my issue and protect myself using this app, because my issue isn’t listened in the options and I’m completely annoyed that I wasted a bunch of my time.

Uber trusts lies without proof, very poor support and service itself. They blocked my device and all credit cards just because they trusted a false review from the driver without any proof. I just politely asked to close the windows, but leave the driver's window slightly ajar, because it was cold and windy in the evening and the driver didn’t like it, he was furious indignant that there was not enough air, later I found out that the driver complained that I allegedly beat him drunk, while I have a medical certificate stating that I can’t drink alcohol, especially since I am a citizen of another country and just submitted documents for a visa, but the Uber service is not interested, no logic, everything is in favor of a lying driver.

Not reliable service. Driver just can cancel the drive when you’re up to getting in the car because they “don’t wanna to go there”. What?! And responses from the Uber support are brilliant: That’s my fault that I didn’t indicated explicitly that the trip will be to an suburban area. Sorry, but such dishonest responses are rubbish in general. The driver was informed about the route and could skip my order without wasting my time. When I pay for the service I want to be safe and assured that everything will be fine and as advertised by the marketing team.

Some complaints. If you want to be late on the meeting or you not in a hurry and you can wait for the taxi forever you won’t be disappointed by this application because it makes you to wait 20-30 minutes and then will say something like- there are no free taxi drivers in this moment, try again later-??? You really think that I will have any desire to try again later when I have to be somewhere right now. So I wish you to have enough patience when you use Uber and good luck👍

Prices. I had 2 rides recently and each driver chose longer way that it could be. At the first time, he turned to the road where was no way to drive further. It took some time for him to understand how to get out. Thus, the price was higher than expected, as the time spent was longer. However, that route was not a tough one. Also I got charged twice. The other one was for the very same route, and you know what? The situation was almost the same. I do not want to pay extra 10-15 UAH, please educate your drivers better, otherwise you get even more angry customers. Don’t want to use your services! Uklon is better.

NO SUPPORT SERVICE HERE. Uber, does anyone work here???It’s something unbelievable to get an answer from your support service. I lost my bag with laptop in one of your car and can’t connect with driver because you won’t let me do it - you hide driver’s number and didn’t react to my messages. I have been waiting for an answer for more than 10 hours.

Low level and dangerous drivers. Hello. Today was the first and i hope the last time when i used this App service. Could you be so kind to check drivers you hire for any mental problems? Or at least make them to learn how to use App they work for? The point is i used App for the first time, and i used to Uklon service that has set prices for distances. So my sun and I took the car and when riched our destination the price on my App differed for 20 uah from the driver’s price. I kindly ask hime to explain how it can be, but he couldn’t. So I payed him the price from my App what is logical. Instead the driver hold my sun who is 9 y.o. and didn’t let him out of the car! It took sometime to get my son out of that car. Screaming and explaining the driver that he can get broken face if he is not going let my son out. It was for just for 20 uah!? Low service with low level drivers, unfortunately.

Uber shuttle and their terrible timetables. If u want to ruin the day and get somewhere terribly late than feel free to use Uber Shuttles. It is impossible to finde an available ride in the morning. U either have to go literally 2 km to get into a different car because there is no cars no your route or u have to wait for about 1,5 hour to get a ride. Have been using this service every weekday for almost three month now. Everything was fine until recent times. Now it’s impossible to plan anything. Very disappointed.

Driver Trip Cancelling Fee. I cannot say if this is a something new or it has always been this way, but for the last couple week my trips were cancelled multiple times after 5-10 minutes after driver arrival. They were cancelled without any calls from driver, etc. I knew that I am late and that car is waiting me outside. But still the waiting time is always paid from my card and included in final amount. So what is the point of such situations? It just seems like stealing money or cheating! After such trip cancellation Uber charges an amount of a minimum cancellation fee and later those money go to driver! That is not fair! This basically means that driver could just arrive and then immediately cancel a trip to get some money. Please adjust such end-user/driver policies or whatever so that driver could not cheat and steel money in such way. If a passenger have to pay for cancellation why there is no fee for drivers?!

Unprofessional driver/support. I got a trip with a driver who refused to pick me us as the long pick up distance, regardless he accepted it and he saw it. Then he decided to ignore my calls and after 20 minutes he finally moved and surely absolutely wrong direction. After 40 mins of trip he did not pick me up within the distance of 8KM and just went opposite route to the center. The support line did not pretend to pay the attention to this problem and most likely did not even check the attachments I did. Thanks for the service, bolt cares you dont

Not user-friendly. Uber got so much worse lately and all the things you guys do trying to retain the user… it’s all just getting worse. Today I needed a taxi to go to the railway station and while Uber didn’t even ALLOW me to cancel the request since I catched a taxi via another app and didn’t need it anymore. I was in a hurry, counting each minutes before departure and Uber was still “catching” me a car and didn’t even notice about progress or whatever was happening (if you allowed me to cancel, there would be no problem or concern). So when I was already sitting in the train and the minute it departed I got a notification that Uber driver arrived lol. I was so sorry for the driver to having unnecessary ride, was still charged for non-appearance (surely) and totally puzzled with my user experience. Like why you just didn’t allow to cancel the request in the very beginning? Used to be a huge fan of uber but now it’s just pathetic and totally not friendly either for user or for driver. Good luck in charging customer for the trips they didn’t want to make but have no ability to cancel

Some improvements needed. I like Uber in general, but it still can be better: 1) please fix application not to “hang” sometimes (couple times I had an issue seeing the car 3minutes away for the 10 minutes. When I couldn’t reach driver by the phone, I had to cancel trip and order other car. That was not dependent to internet connection on my side, since I could search the internet and order other car immediately). 2) Also give an opportunity to write free-form comment about car or driving quality as feedback after each trip, because default options are not correct sometimes and free-form comment needed. 3) give possibility to complain on driver if needed (not possible if I had to cancel trip)

I am done with it. I used to give Uber so many chances. Whenever I go somewhere I try to request Uber first. However, it won’t work, drivers are very few. The funniest thing was when no driver accepted my order and then I requested driver from another aggregator. And guess who’s logo was on his car? Uber! There’s definitely something wrong with how you work with drivers, otherwise we’d have plenty of them. Review your approach ASAP cause I’m about to blacklist Uber. Ukraine, Kharkiv

Driver contact, Lost staff. Forgot 2nd phone in car. Half a day spent to connect to driver in Kyiv, Ukraine. Every request unsuccessful. Callback with “tap 1 to continue your call”. After conformation only silence for half a minute and then call ends. Tried to contact with another driver in the street. They haven’t any instruments to contact with driver or support. And there is no other methods to reach the driver😫

Drivers can pick up orders from 30 km away. Showing cars nearby the app for unknown reasons sometimes handles the order to driver which is 30 km away, and cancellation is billable so you are forced to wait more that 25 minutes for a ride. Typically I do not pay for taxi if I have extra 30 minutes, I can just take a walk. The time of arrival is also no correct. It shows 22 minutes arrival but in 32 minutes it still shows 6 minutes left. Can prove with screenshots. This app isn’t compliant with normal practices in the field.

Ukraine and Greece uber quality of service. good day. why the Greek uber is so incompetent that it did not put a notice in the application about the number of passengers in the taxi. After crossing the border, where, as it turned out, other company rules, I found myself in a terrible situation when I had to leave my friends and order a second taxi car. We spent time and nerves on this situation, although you must inform in the application or email about the change in the rules. I would like to know why this is happening

Cancelled order when you trying to catch your train. Today I ordered taxi to the train station about 0500 in the morning. My train was at 0530. So the driver understood where and for what I’m going there. So I picked up my wife, 6 months child, luggage and come down and when we were there I received notice that order is cancelled. I tried to reorder taxi but Uber didn’t find for me another driver and first driver looks like get other order, cause his icon start moving to the other side. I’ve wrought about this situation to support and the only that I received from them that they understand how it’s hard when you expecting to get something but it not happens, sorry bla-bla-bla and that’s all . So I loose my train, lose money for my tickets, waste my time and some other financial problems which I get using this app

Never seen such bad service🤮. The map for tracking the driver’s location is the worst map I’ve ever seen. Ordered, shows 10 minutes of waiting, 5 minutes later driver calls me and he says I am here. I was not ready and I was going downstairs. The driver said on the phonecall do not worry, I will wait. I was outside, was too close to sit on taxi, he left the place!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 🤮🤮🤮🤮 🤮🤮🤮 Never seen such horrible service! They are kidding with us! I stayed in cold weather to order another one! Ordered next one, it is 18 minutes for taxi to come. I waited to 7-8 minutes and was not able to wait anymore, cancelled, app charged me for 40 UAH. Never ever!

No support. Recently, I wanted to use Uber Shuttle, I chose a route, pick-up location and drop-off stop. Then the app just took me to chose a type of taxi while Shuttle was not on the list. Basically, I cannot request shuttle. I deleted and installed the App but apparently it did not help either. And there is no one to help as their Help Center offers only prepared answers and there is no way to submit feedback which is not related to your past trips. Calling 9988 won’t help as some lady picks up the phone and tells she is not responsible for this.

Fix location issue please. The app used to work fine. But last 2 months it keeps playing tricks with me. I chose my destination point, then confirm pickup location, the location is right, the address is right, but when I press “confirm” the app finds a ride from a completely different place. Sometimes it’s near enough from me and O can adjust pickup location to the driver actually arrives to the pickup location I’ve set when I ordered my ride, but sometimes it’s too far away. I try to call driver and ask him to pick me up from the right location but they usually refuse, resulting in trip cancellation and applying a fee. Then I have to contact support to review my fee, and last time I got an answer that the fee was applied correctly. I’m tired of this. For now, I’m switching to other similar service, but I really hope you can fix this issue and review my cancellation fee, cause it’s driving your customers crazy.

please fix matching logic. With current matching logic a client can get the car they have just cancelled several times in a row, until that car either gets far away from the place or receives a new order. That’s very annoying. Sometimes this can take much time, when a driver decides to stop and wait somewhere. I suggest adding an additional check to the logic (if the car has been cancelled by the user twice) thus making sure that it hasn’t been cancelled by mistake and allowing a user to get some other car instead of the one they clearly don’t want. Otherwise a client ends up using some other app.

the driver cancels the trip every other time. I use this service because the trip paid by the company. Drivers often cancel the ride upon arrival when they see a ticket address. This is so stupid situation. Moreover, I know that the destination Area and the amount of the trip are available to them at the time of ordering. It's a terrible waste of time. I will ask company to change the taxi service. Uber pls continue provide the "super" service ro achive a big “ success”

Drivers use another service. Would be great to take extra pay from drivers if they are not at pick-up point at time, that application calculated (+-5min). Today I requested a ride and there was no note that driver finishing previous ride. But I was surprised when he was far away from me in next 2 mins. When I message him what is happening we told me that finishing another ride. I can assume that he had this ride from another application/service. This is ridiculous! Please, do something with that!

Driver asked my destination. I ordered Uber taxi. Driver with 4.97 rate called me and asked where I’m going to. As I know it’s security policy of Uber that driver doesn’t know the destination. I refused to say the destination (because I already knew that driver would cancel the trip as it happened before) and the driver dropped the call. I don’t think that it’s ok, and I think that I need to rate this driver for his behaviour, but I can’t because he didn’t complete the trip. I had the same situations for a few times and I want to know, is it ok that driver behaves himself this way. Can he do so?

Awful. Literally every uber’s service is absolutely bad. When it comes to Uber Eats - they deliver your meal for 2 or even 3 hours (when it’s supposed to be 30-40 mins), while you are watching your courier just goes opposite way, and there is no way you can complain about him. When it comes to Uber Shuttle - you always need to walk for like 15 minutes straight by you bus’ path. Moreover, the app calculates paths so badly, that you either wait for a bus for 20 minutes, or just can’t get to that bus stop in time. No need to say about random taxi prices, sometimes reaching 15 dollars for a ride in central Kyiv, and awful drivers that constantly violate road rules.

App works very bad in Turkey. I use app many years and I travel a lot but after I came to Turkey, my app doesn’t work from 4G. I had a lot of issues because of that, I couldn’t find a driver every time, also once I had issue with payment and every time when I write to Uber help I’ve got similar automatic response. I wrote that my app doesn’t work I can use it. I wrote them twice that I can’t do anything in my app because it completely doesn’t work - server doesn’t respond. I even send a screenshots. And every time I have response not related to my problem. Uber send me to rate a help before I read response. After I read response I can’t rate their response. So I’m rating here. This is sad.

Good but there are points to improve. 1) It would be great if you will add an option to not choose drivers that are more then 10 minutes away 2) Drivers are canceling rides all the time I like the quality of support, because the driver decided to take much longer trip than it could be, after the trip I’ve got twice bigger amount to pay, but Uber compensated the difference

Uber in Ukraine is a disaster. I am about to stop using this service. Quality of cars is much lower than it was. Drivers also are not so good. But the worst thing is the app and your “service”! Driver can cancel the ride after 10-20 minutes of waiting and I have to look for an another car. Why driver is allowed to do this and I am not? (you would charge the cancelation fee) Another case: today I was waiting for driver for a 25 minutes instead of 10 minutes as it was announced in the app. It would be better if I could cancel the ride w/o cancelation fee and look for another car. Or if I could get some compensation for my time! Why am I charged additional money in case if driver has to wait? And from the other hand: driver is not punished if he is late? You even don’t have appropriate option for feedback about the ride or driver.

Fraud, deception of clients, and theft of funds. I use various taxi services, but this is the first time I have encountered such a daring fraud. The fraud scheme of the Uber taxi service is as follows: I called a car, the cost of the trip was immediately deducted from the card, the car arrived at the wrong place when we found it, the driver canceled the trip in the application and after completing the trip took payment in cash, motivating this by the fact that the funds to me they will return to the card. The money was returned, but only 30% of the cost of the trip, that is, the driver received cash plus 70% of the cost of the trip through the application. At the same time, the Uber taxi service is not on the client's side, there is no support and it supports this fraudulent scheme. I inquired, this is not an isolated case, but a system, if you pay through the application with a card, then be prepared that you will be deceived and your funds will be stolen through the Uber service. There are screenshots from the application. I strongly do not recommend the Uber taxi service.

Constantly misplacing pick-up locations. Even if I explicitly put the pin at a certain location, it’s being put on a different one, most of the time other side of the road, and most often in such a way that it’s easier for a driver to perform a pick-up. Since it happens all the time, it doesn’t feel like a location services malfunction but rather an implementation of a feature that is an opposite of being a user-friendly. Also, since this is being passed as “this is a location you chose”, I can’t argue with the driver that they should pick me at a different location, the one I wanted originally.

For this kind of service, just call a normal cheap taxi instead. Uber has no control or liability whatsoever over the drivers. It was already obvious when my Uber car got into in accident and Uber took off any responsibility it might have. Now, with COVID drivers are not wearing face masks, and when you ask them to put one they just complain on the app saying you were the one not wearing a mask. Then you start receiving messages from Uber saying that you will be banned from the app. I mean, seriously, go ahead and ban your clients 🤣 (or maybe start with checking the quality of your drivers first?)

No recommended... after moving, I changed the account location.. and that’s it, nothing works.. it’s impossible to call a taxi, there are always errors. technical support is useless.. template answers to a useless set of information.. but what was my surprise when I tried to register for food delivery... I uploaded documents for 5 days but there was always some kind of error and they wrote to me that the asbtract driver needs to be downloaded again... no one can solve anything I was able to contact a person authorized in the decision is also unrealistic... the employees do not meet the professional level and are interested in receiving a salary and not solving the needs of clients. terrible service, terrible support, they don’t offer solutions but only humiliate by demanding to do the same thing, which is generally useless..

Awful geolocation service. Have been using the app for years and now at the point of quitting it altogether and switching to competitors because of the awful geolocation service in Kyiv, Ukraine. Pickup point is often shown few kilometres from my actual location. The worst is how the app connects to the drivers who are “finishing their trip” and that is sometimes in the other neighbourhood entirely, the driver is driving in the opposite direction from me, and waiting instead of 4-5 minutes turns into 25-30. This happens on the regular basis, thank you but I’ve had enough of this.

Completely disaster service .. I have to share my experience with the people, who like to download this app . You need to think twice , before do it. I booked the car for going to airport . Just 7 minutes before arrival , driver cancelled his order and changed his route to another direction. I call him to ask what’s going on? He sad , I called you twice but you didn’t reply . So , it was definitely lying. Also he didn't like to cancel order by himself, he just ask me to do this . This is unbelievable . Finally I booked another taxi and after 7 minutes I was in car . Do not be so naive, and do not spend your time and opportunities for nothing . Uber service is very poor. I will get only problems. I will not recommend this service for anyone.

It was a terrible experience. You cannot refuse from being taken by the car (there is no such button in application) which is far away but the closest distance from the point of application. You need to ask the driver through the chat window to do it himself explaining you cannot wait for too long. The drivers sometimes are reluctant and refuse to cooperate, after his rejection immediately application would find you another remote option which makes it all a disaster when you are being charged and then have to ask for a refund. Operators/customs support are also not being helpful and it’s all altogether is quite a humiliating experience.

I can't log in to my account.. I have been using Uber exclusively for about 4 years, quite often. I have always been satisfied with the service of this application. but today the app asked for my phone number and password. Password? What password? I have never reinstalled the application. there was a history of all my trips for 4 years. Now I have to use another service

Uber Shuttle usage. Great idea to create Uber Shuttle. It’s pretty convenient. But the Shuttle app interface is totally uncomfortable. I wanted to order a trip, but it was very hard to understand the route, and gave up the idea to use Shuttle. I highly recommend developers to use a map for better understanding the route and stops. And add more routes in Kyiv from Lavina Mall or something close to it to downtown. It can be made just by prolonging the route of Shevchenkivskyi - Vynogradar. A lot of people will be attracted to use Shuttle to get to Lavina Mall.

Cancellation by driver. I’ve made pre order for my drive to airport from 21:00 for 6:15 in the morning, specially, cause I had flight at 7:50. I made it specially the day before. When I got my message about driver is coming, we went to special point which we made. Programm told me that driver will be at 6:18. When driver arrives, at 6:18 we walked out through door, but he canceled our drive, and go away. When we made new order, waiting time was 20 minutes waiting, after what we was waiting for new driver... We almost late for our flight, and we was running. Uber have taken 8zl for cancellation, and we needed to run on our departure! Uber, how can you explain that situation?

Awful service. The app offered me discount for food after taxi ride. When i tried to apply it I got error that my card does not support discount. What? This card was used to pay for the taxi and they don’t even know if it supports discount. Why do they offer it in this case? Eventually I ordered food without discount. Food delivery was looong. 1,5 hour instead of 40 min. When I tried to order taxi next time the app brought me an error that something goes wrong and my request cannot be processed. It’s very bad user experience if you in foreign country and you plane in 2 hours, you know. I used another taxi service and it delivered me Mercedes instead of Toyota and for lower price. If you ordering food, navigation in the app is BAD. It was hard to find the same page again if you closed “Food” widget. Why they even have this awkward functionality if there is separate application for food? Also there is no possibility to order a car to the place you actually located. There are set of places uou need to use. And go to the location application selected instead of you.

Hakan. I have ordered a car by Uber. t was T am very very late. it told that my driver would arrive in 5 min. Me and my friend who had a cold and felt very bad went out to the pick up place. Once we are out the driver has cancelled the trip Moreover he has passed by us (there was no one on the street except us) and went away. The last point was that was also charged the cancel fee(although I never cancelled this order the driver did) So in general, the outcome of my Uber user experience is1. cancellation of the order in the middle of the night by driver 2. Waiting in the cold night street for 10 min while the other car arrives 3. No help from customer support (I called and wrote there 4. C fee for nothing harging me cancellation.

Worst customer service in my life. Do you want to receive the worst service in your life ask Uber support team a question. I can’t order Uber cause when I choose payment method cash or card it tells me that all these payment methods are unavailable. When I ask Uber team to help me to understand what is going on I received a reply “according to our terms you can’t use your card, please choose different way of payment. “ So I explained again that all methods DON’t Work!!!! Besides, my card is working. As I used this card always and everything was ok I asked what is exact reason and how I can fix it. And nobody explains me anything. Just sending me 3 times a text, please choose different way of payment, however I already explained 3 times no matter what payment method I choose it doesn’t work. I was always satisfied by Uber, I have good rating 4,94 using app for years and now you even didn’t explain me anything and can’t give advise how to fix my problem. Guys, It is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life!!!!!

Absolutely hate this app. Of all taxi apps, this is the worst. All drivers behave as if they work for free, when you ask them to do something minimal, they are rude to you and absolutely everyone works like that. Cause customer support does not work for the customer, it is always in the driver's favor. You can't feel safe in the car because you know customer support doesn't care about you. It’s app where a driver can go to you for 20 minutes and cancel at the last moment, and if you called a car and canceled after a couple of minutes, you must pay a fine. Also, you cannot call several machines at the same time. If I could put zero stars, I would.

Non controlled rating. My rating as a customer was 5.0 for years in Ukraine, and then after moving to Canada, I found that it’s almost 4.7 because someone rated me 1 star like two times. I am a very anxious person with a keen sense of justice, and this demoralizes me, because I make sure that everything is ok, even in small things. I have never had any conflicts or bad experiences. I also read that drivers can cancel trips if they see a client's rating below 4.8 because they think they might be problematic. I think it would be right if 1 star rate will be a subject to discussion and appeal, and the client received an explanation of what they did wrong and what caused such an assessment. It would also be useful to remove the anonymity of ratings.

Uber Warsaw terrible servise. One of the most terrible taxi services. Application has preset option “airport”. Logically, it should provide the highest priority to the customers who order drive to the airport. But in fact no. Some advices. Please, add a button “I’m coming out” or something like that to inform driver . And also please fix some bugs according app’s work (geolocation ,stability etc.) P.s. If it’s possible , can you,please, add some buttons with commentaries ,for example, “I need big car for 6 people “ or “I need to get to a place few kilometers behind the city”(I had a small conflict with an unpleasant driver on this matter) . полный здец. мало того, что вечный «высокий спрос» не важно, восемь утра, час ночи, никогда нет. так и цены от 600 рублей. я живу не в таком большом городе. Вот даже сейчас, ищу машину уже 40 минут, цена поездки 1200. спасибо за работу

Как зарубежом ездить?. Как скачать обычный убер? Я в Турции, скачиваю убер, он говорит «обновите на убер раша», а убер раша не работает в Турции! Вы больные?

Решил написать отзыв.. Пользуюсь не первый год. Вонючие водители с вонючими машинами как то попасться не успели мне. Максимальное время ожидания машины, у меня было 11 минут. В остальном по 5-6 минут жду. Чистокровных, не говорящих по русски таджиков и прочих, встречал как правило у конкурентов. А тут мне попадались славяне и у ногих культура общения аж зашкаливает. Даже тему подбирают тщательно. О хамстве тоже пока не слышал. Везли всегда туда, куда говорю. Как дорогу показываю, так и едут. В независимости от того, какой маршрут прокладывает навигатор. Оплачиваю всегда картой. Наликом вообще не расплачиваюсь. Было такое один раз, только когда была дополнительная точка на маршруте. Надо было что то мудрить с заказом - отдал просто по счётчику. А в остальном только безнал. Это вообще неудобно с кэшем в такси! С Вас 560,13. И вот сидишь, мелочь отсчитываешь. А сдачу с 5000 найдёте?... Бред! Ценник нормальный. У конкурентов есть и дороже. Спецом ездил по одному и тому же маршруту. Короче мне нравится. Всем доброй охоты!

Цены. Ужасное такси. Мало того что цены конские, так ещё и во время поездки цена почему то сама по себе меняется с одной на другую ( более высокую) , решать поддержка с этим ничего не хочет. Не советую.

Водители-жулики. В Турции водители наглые - могут в любое время отменить поездку к клиенту - видимо, у них за это не снижается рейтинг. Или запросить увеличение стоимости в 3-4 раза - иначе не поедут

Проблема с безопасностью. Если водитель отменил поездку, когда вы уже внутри салона- вы никогда не сможете найти кнопку техподдержки. Более того, такому водителю вы не поставите оценку и никак не сможете взаимодействовать с отмененным заказом, потому что в вашей истории отображены лишь успешные поездки и поездки, которые отменяли вы лично. Запустились в Хорватии - машин в Истрии нет. Из нескольких десятков заказов успешным был только один - из аэропорта. Из других городов уехать Uber’ом не удалось

Неоправданно дорогое такси с наглыми водилами. Бесплатное ожидание отменили)) а водила за 500 метров уже указывает , что приехал, поэтому за ожидание всегда приходится платить. Час пик у убера постоянно, в любое время суток и день недели. Казалось бы, 8 утра в субботу , а нет, высокий спрос. Поездка 10 минут на машине - 500 рублей, а то и выше. 30 минут - полторы тысячи. Вы серьезно думаете что эконом с такими ценами кто-то будет заказывать? Лучше не отмечать в приложении дом, потому что оттуда цена всегда будет выше, лучше пройти пару метров до следующего дома, рублей 80 скинется. А я помню времена, когда поездка в 10 минут на машине оценивалась в 129 рублей… Таксисты охамевшие, уезжают перед носом, поездку не отменяют. Отменяй сам и плати деньги, потому что водитель якобы близко. Базарят в машине по видеосвязи со своими земляками. По русски вообще не бум бум. Насвай кидают, слушают свою национальную музыку, от которой уши вянут . И все это счастье за увеличенную в 2-3 раза стоимость поездки

Убер. У меня появился долг мне дали номер водителя чтобы решить ситуацию Водитель не берет мои трубки вообще Я звонила 30 раз ему Я дала наличкой 375 рублей И сейчас задолженность 375 рублей по карте Поддержка говорит мы ничего не сможем сделать только с водителем связывайтесь А как с ним связаться если он трубку не берет Я очень не довольна убером Просто столько нервов потратила на это

Не понравилось. Ужасное приложение, адрес ввести невозможно, дом улицу не находит!

Оплата после поездки. Добрый день! Дело было в Стамбуле! Я вызвал такси через это приложение, поставил безнал оплату, посмотрел цену, согласился с ней и поехал, но после поездки меня ждал прикольный сюрприз! Выйдя из машины отпустив водителя, мне приходит смс об оплате такси где стоимость заказа была гораздо выше! Водитель сам решил поставить свою цену, а я специально перед тем как выйти посмотрел таксометр где цена была такая же как в приложении! Обман! Это возмутительно! Доверие пропало к вам! Исправьте это! А то придётся бегать по судам !

Worst experience ever. Got a very bad incident with Uber driver. No one cares. No one even apologized to me, they just gave me my money back, no compensation, no penalty for a driver, nothing. They don’t care about you. They care just about your money.

Почему не работает приложение?. При открытии требует обновить, но все обновления сделаны.

Тупое приложение. Зря потеряла 20 мин времени! Не работает приложение! Не могла написать место! Полный дно !

Приложение работает не корректно. Скачал приложение, открыл, ввёл данный и зарегестрировался. В итоге при заказе и любом другом варианте оно мне выдавало совершенно пустую карту моего города без обозначений и непонятно что требовало. Я не мог ни поставить точку, ни написать адрес, не уж тем более уехать куда-то. После повторного открытия приложение попросило его обновить, мол оно больше не может работать на этой версии, меня перебросило в Апп Стор, где было открыто Яндекс такси, это не какая-то шутка, это было на самом деле, но я заново нашёл Убер, с мыслями, что сейчас я все обновлю и уеду наконец домой, но обновления не требовались. Приложение сношу к чертям, надеюсь что я последний пользователь который с таким столкнулся.

Ценник конский !. В Красноярске целая проблема с мошенническими действиями со стороны агрегатора. В других городах можно уехать за те же деньги в аэропорт, а тут - только в соседний район 250-350 рублей. Искусственно спрос всегда повышен. Проще на автобусе или каршеринге. Жаль, что антимонопольную службу в нашей стране нельзя задействовать.

Несправедливость. Позволяют таксистам отметиться, что они на месте, хотя едут ещё, порой очень даже далеко, в итоге с вас спишут не только за поездку, но и за ожидание

Удаляю приложение. Забавно как даже при такой бешеной накрутке отзывов негатив все равно сочится из всех щелей. Пребываю в ужасе от того, что с июля месяца разработчики не могут решить ЭЛЕМЕНТАРНУЮ проблему с тем, что невозможно погасить долг за поездку по карте. Люди пользуются виртуальными картами для расчета в интернете, не всем бывает удобно хранить на них деньги. В итоге: забыл докинуть деньги на карту - образовался долг. Хочешь погасить долг? Невозможно. Приложение просто будет пытаться списать его каждый день с карты, которая указана в поездке, и неважно что она уже две недели как заблокирована.

Обманывают!!!. При вызове и расчёте такси, списывают другие суммы!!! Впервые сталкиваюсь с данной ситуацией! Впервые решила воспользоваться данным приложением, впервый и в последний раз, по всей видимости! Служба поддержки нагло врет! А пришёл ответ что они не смогли изначально заморозить данную сумму по заказу! Ехала уже в машине когда пришло смс об отмене платежа, потому что сумма была в разы больше!!! Времени ожидания у водителя тоже не было! Привязала карту, перевела для оплаты определенную сумму денег, а тут на тебе сумма в сотни рублей больше! Я фигею. Водитель никак не смог прокомментировать данную ситуацию, но к нему претензий нет.

УЖАС. Ужасное стало приложение после обновлений,машин пишет нет свободных. По 20-30 минут приходится ждать. Огромный вам минус за это уже 3 неделю такая фигня ,а вы не можете исправить

Бабло. Ничем не обоснованные конские ценники в регионах. За шестиминутный поездку цена 230 рублей - в порядке вещей. Сервисом это никак не оправдано. Пожалуй, вернусь к общественному транспорту.

Wrong prices fraud. App showed me trip price approx 190-250TRY , but final price was 350TRY and support doesn’t ask me why. I think it’s fraud.

ХАМСТВО ВОДИТЕЛЯ. Водитель отказался везти и попросил выйти из машины из-за того что у меня оплата наличкой и не под расчёт!!!!! Я вызвала такси потому что опаздывала на работу. Как только я села в машину, водитель спросил как я буду оплачивать проезд, хотя в приложении указано что оплата -НАЛИЧНЫМИ!!!! После этого он на пол пути остановился возле какого то ларька с сигаретами и попросил меня " сходить и разменять деньги"!! После того как я сказала что в приложении указано что за проезд я хочу заплатить НАЛИЧНЫМИ, водитель стал кричать и потребовал чтобы я вышла из машины!!!! Я смогла зафиксировать часть нашего диалога на видео. Ситуация произошла 18.03.2022. Такси вызвала в 8:22. Водитель ЕФЕШИН СЕРГЕЙ ПЕТРОВИЧ. Машина - Lada Vesta E 859 EP 136. Воронежская область, с. Новая Усмань. Очень хочу попросить руководство данного такси, пожалуйста примите меры!!! Водитель мне хамил в наглую, абсолютно уверен в том что за это ему ничего не будет. До этого случая я часто пользовалась вашим такси, а теперь мне страшно салиться в машину к таким неуравновешенным людям!!!! 😞

Шлагбаум. Сделайте уже в своём приложении возможность указать, что подъехать надо к шлагбауму! При заказе приходится указывать подъезд, из-за этого водители едут к другим домам, чтобы объехать шлагбаум, НО У ТЕХ ДОМОВ ТОЖЕ ШЛАГБАУМ! Я вызываю такси с утра, чтобы сесть в машину и доехать до работы, а не чтобы каждое утро разгадывать ребус к какому дому приехал водитель. И каждое утро писать комментарии о том, что подъехать надо к шлагбауму я не могу. Я спешу, потому и заказываю такси.

ужасный интерфейс. что вы сделали с приложением? никакого удобства! прошлый дизайн помогал быстро вызвать авто, сейчас же я не могу разобраться как указать адрес куда мне нужно, перебрасывает на карту :(

Цены. Неадекватные цены на поездки. Пробок не было, дороги чистые, людей очень мало на районе. Из чего складывается 900 рублей за 17 минут поездки, для меня загадка. Если просто из-за зимы и снега, который уже почистили, то это НЕНОРМАЛЬНО.

Ужасный сервис!. Возникла проблема- ждали машину 40 минут. Номера горячей линии НЕ СУЩЕСТВУЕТ, если отменить поездку- снимут деньги, кинуть жалобу хоть какую то- можно только ПОСЛЕ совершения поездки. Так мы и стояли почти час, смотря по карте как водитель просто ездит рядом кругами, чтоб намотать себе километров больше.

Развод на деньги. Мошенники. Ставят точку подачи такси в километре от места нахождения, потом списывают деньги за «ожидание». За пять минут пятьдесят рублей. Будьте бдительны, по возможности не пользуйтесь этим гнилым сервисом

Водитель пишет произвольную цену. Совершил 3 поездки в Стамбуле по одному маршруту с одинаковой ситуацией на дорогах. Первый раз водитель записал показания с таксометра: 300 лир, всё верно. Второй раз водитель после поездки пишет цену больше, чем было написано на таксометре, объясняя это тем, что он ехал по платной дороге (но маршрут был тот же, он не ехал). Итог 350 лир, после оспаривания снизили до 340 (не приятно, всё же цена на таксометре была менее 300) Третий раз: у водителя отвёрнут таксометр от пассажира, но с определённого угла видно, что он начал со 100, а не с 0. Далее по окончании поездки, когда была озвучена сумма 400 я сказал, что сумма в начале поездки была не 0, а 100 и показал фотографию. Он спросил, какую цену я ожидаю, я сказал 300. В итоге после этого диалога я прихожу домой и на экране красуется сумма 540 лир (около $37 по текущему курсу). Поддержка уменьшила эти суммы до максимальных ожидаемых убером 340 лир и вторую и третью поездки. Но все равно эта сумма больше, чем реальная стоимость поездки по счётчику. Учитывая эти факты я очень разочарован подходом убера к формированию цен и отсутствием должного контроля действий водителей.

Ужас!!. Ужаснейший сервис, водителя там видно и за директоров подрабатывают, хочу везу хочу не повезу,1 водитель отказался везти, последующие два раза меня высаживали даже не завершив заказ!! Оператор извинился и сказал что всех накажет по всей строгости, но это уже переходит в систематическое хамство которое я не намерен терпеть!!!

👎. Тут вы можете встретить водителей, которые не повезут вас, просто потому что им не по пути. А поддержка этого сервиса, так вообще огонь🔥. Состариться можно пока они ответят и решат вопрос.

Обдиралово. Таксисты, даже не доехав до места заказа ставят галочку «Вас ожидает» и приезжают только через минут 5!! Это как объяснить?!? Они специально набивают минуты ожидания. А если у меня на карте это последние деньги, тютелька в тютельку, что делать?!? Разберитесь, это не возможно, уже не первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь. Понимаю, все хотят по больше заработать, но не таким способом😡🤬

ПО просто дно. Программа просто конченая, нужно было вызвать такси, захожу в прогу, просит обновить, нажимаю обновить, выкидывает на апп стор Яндекс такси, обновил все по три раза, включая сам убер через отдельный поиск и все равно каждый раз просит обновить, так и не заказал ничего

Обновите приложение. Уже в течении нескольких месяцев приложение не работает. пишет «обновите приложение», хотя версия самая новая.

Водители. Понабрали подзаборное быдло с ближайших тюрем, иначе не могу объяснить поведение этих предурков
